• At least 5 years RF network optimization experience and 3 years FDD LTE RF optimization experience.
• Be familiar with HUAWEI equipment, U2000, U-Net, planning tools.
• Be familiar with rollout optimiaztion, SSV, LTE KPI and RF Optimization.
• Be capable to lead a team to achieve rollout progress and target.
• Be capable to communicate and present with customer in English independently.

Qualifications

• B.Sc/HND in relevant discipline.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Computer Skill - Microsoft word, Excel, Power and performance tools.
• Excellent time management skills
• Process orientated
• High level of attention to detail

• Be capable to lead a team to achieve rollout progress and target.
• Be capable to communicate and present with customer in English independently.

• HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
