UMTS Radio Network Planning/Optimization Engineer at MacTay Consulting

Contract Period: Half Year (if performance is good, will extend accordingly)
Reports to: Manager, Quality Assurance and Service Level Management

Job Description

• Be familiar with HUAWEI equipment, U2000, U-Net, planning tools.
• Be familiar with rollout optimiaztion, SSV, UMTS KPI and RF Optimization, especially Multi-Sector planning and optimization, trouble shooting.
• Be capable to lead a team to achieve rollout progress and target.
• Be capable to communicate and present with customer in English independently.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc in relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years RF network optimization experience and 3 years UMTS RF optimization experience.
