    Property Sales Lead

    Location: VI, Lagos
    Compensation: Salary + Commission
     
    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the execution of sales strategies and plans focused on achieving overall property sale, lease, and rental targets.
    • Build new business relationships and develop existing ones, identifying possible ways to outsell or cross-sell properties.
    • Work with senior management to negotiate sales, lease, and rental deals and successfully close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Take responsibility for the sale, rental and, lease properties under the company's portfolio.
    • Work with senior management and other sales executives to develop sales strategies.
    • Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.

    Requirements

    • BS.c in any related discipline.
    • 3years+ experience as a sales executive in a real estate firm is required.
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines consistently.

    Admin Manager

    Job Title: Admin Manager
    Location: Gbagada, Lagos

    OVERVIEW
    The School’s Admin Manager is an operational and strategic leader responsible for maintaining operational excellence and fiscal prudence. The actions of the School Admin Manager must always be aligned with our mission, vision, and core values.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and implement school-wide non-instructional systems and procedures that ensure operational excellence within the school.
    • Manage and successfully complete all necessary compliance reporting to the Local, State, Federal Government.
    • Ensure that all fire, life, and safety regulations and procedures are implemented ensuring the well-being of all school staff and pupils.
    • Update and maintain accurate student records and student data in the student information system.
    • Manage the daily execution of the school’s lunch program.
    • Ensure that the transportation needs of pupils are met.
    • Oversee all janitorial staff to ensure that the facility is well maintained.
    • Manage school’s inventory process.
    • Support the Director of School in the development and management of the annual budget to ensure that the school meets its financial goal
    • Meet with the school leadership team regularly to discuss goals, progress towards goals, trends, and challenges, areas for growth, and action plans.
    • Create a culture of service and support developing team members to excel in their roles and ensuring the school maintains operational excellence.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    • BSc in Business Administration or similar relevant field.
    • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience within a school is preferred.
    • Experience with payroll and accounting systems preferred.
    • Managerial experience preferred
    • High tolerance for ambiguity, changing work priorities and deadlines, and a willingness to take on responsibilities and prioritize work on multiple projects.
    • Highly detail-focused and results-oriented.
    • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with parents, staff, and pupils.
    • Team-player attitude and strong customer-service orientation.
    • Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft office suite.
    • Demonstrated initiative, leadership, and tenacity.
