    Job Description & Person Specifications

    Position: Accountant

    Direct Report: CEO

    Job Location: Abuja

    Role Summary

    The role of the Accountant is summarily the accurate recording, rendition and Analysis of the Company’s Financial Operations in accordance with professional standards.

    A. Key Accountabilities

    • Professionally maintain the Accounting Records of the Company.
    • Support Management in the preparations of Business Plans and Budgets.
    • Prepare the Company’s final Accounts for external audit.
    • Financial Analysis and Advisory Functions.

    B. Skills and Competencies

    • Must be generally ICT savvy. 
    • Proficiency in the use of MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint must at least be at intermediate level. Competence in the use of Zoom for online meetingsis essential.
    • Proficiency in the use of at least 2 Accounting Software Packages for MSMEs.
    • Attention to details and good time management.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Excellent work ethics and Integrity.

    C. Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with at least 2/2 from an Approved Institute. 
    • MUST be a Chartered Accountant.
    • Working knowledge of International Financial Accounting Standards (IFRS). 
    • A minimum of 3 years’ proven Accounting experience in a structured Organization.

    Remuneration- Very Competitive.

    Age- Not older than 35years

    Projected Resumption Date- Not later than May 2023.

    Marketing and Customer Relations Officer for South West

    Job Description & Person Specifications
    Position: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer_South West

    Direct Report: Territory Business Manager.
    Job Location: Must be Resident in Ibadan.
    Role Summary
    Customer Relations Management and Marketing functions at Territory level.
    A. Key Accountabilities:
    Customer Relations Management Functions:

    • Manage CRM functions.
    • Supervise the collection, collation and analysis of Prospects and Customers data for informed marketing decision making.
    • Sustain and improve on Brand reputation at Territory level.

    Marketing Management Functions:

    • Responsible for actualization of set Territory's Marketing and sales Goals/Objectives.
    • Manage the lead generation and conversion process to achieve S/N1 above.

    B. Core Competencies & Skills

    • Must be ICT and Social Media Savvy.
    • Must possess Marketing/Sales Analytical Skills.
    • At least intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel.
    • Good written and verbal communication.
    • Excellent work ethics and Integrity.
    • Creativity and problem-solving Skills.

    C. Experience and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any Social Sciences field with at least 2/2 from an approved Tertiary Institution.
    • A minimum of 2-year proven experience in Marketing and Customer Relations Management in a corporate environment or at a Marketing/ Advertising Agency.
    • Generic understanding of the Nigerian ICT Education Sector.

    D. Remuneration- Attractive with Performance Bonus opportunity.
