    Assistant Business Analyst

    Location: Sango Ota, Ogun

    The Business Analyst is responsible for providing effective sales and administrative support to the Fountain Head Director and field representatives in collation, analysis, and presentation of accurate sales reports for strategic sales decision-making.

    Job Description

    • Ensure all sales performance and stock analysis reports are accurate and timely.
    • Liaise with Distributor Development Managers & logistics team to ensure effective distribution of stock.
    • Ensure achievement of e-commerce sales target.
    • Track/monitor the use of sales tools such as Fieldmax and appraise the gaps/required improvement in line with the dictate of the market.
    • Prepare a sales process compliance report.
    • Handle specific sales development project as assigned by the Fountain Head Director for the purpose of achieving set business objectives.
    • Ensure all special redistribution target is achieved.
    • Provide sales BSC report as at when due.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree.
    • MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum work experience of 5 years.

    The person must:

    • Possess excellent analytical & MS Excel skills.
    • Have excellent presentation & communication skills.
    • Have proper understanding of supply chain and logistics process.
    • Be able to multi-task & work under pressure.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.

    Job Summary

    • The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation.
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of payroll regulations, and the ability to manage payroll systems and processes efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, pension schemes, and other payroll-related obligations.
    • Prepare and review payroll reports, reconciliations, and payment schedules.
    • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and allowances.
    • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on employee data, benefits, and compensation changes.
    • Handle payroll audits and respond to payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
    • Oversee payroll systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of payroll information.
    • Manage and mentor payroll staff, where applicable.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a senior payroll role.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory deductions.
    • Experience using payroll software and HRIS systems.
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
