    Business Development Manager

    Industry: Law
    Our client, a full-service law firm, is seeking to fill the role of a Business Development Manager.
    The role is responsible for the design, development and deployment of business development strategies focused on revenue generation and client retention. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
    Job Description:

    • Preparing and executing pitches, proposals and other presales and sales instruments in line with the organisation’s business development strategies.
    • Responsible for managing the organisation’s key clients
    • Responsible for business generation and leads conversion
    • Responsible for providing target services to clients
    • Build and strategically manage relationships with the organisation’s stakeholders, clients and prospects.
    • Provide general business support and advisory

    Person Specification:

    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role

    Graphic Design/Digital Marketing Officer

    Our client, a full-service law firm is seeking to fill the role of a Graphic Design/ Digital Marketing Officer.

    Job Description:

    • Coordination and implementation of visual, graphic design activities for the organisation
    • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing/ business development efforts
    • Responsible for the conceptualisation and development of print and nonprint designs including proposals, pitch decks, marketing contents, et al.
    • Plan and execute all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Responsible for content creation and creative designs
    • Responsible for reporting & analysis with Google Analytics or other analytics tools

    Person Specification:

    • First Degree from a recognized institution
    • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Strong creative copywriting and proofing skills with an adaptive style
    • Experience working with content management systems SEO content & campaigns
    • Comfortable and skilled designing fluidly across all print and digital mediums: web, mobile and apps
    • A strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop essential, InDesign & Illustrator are an advantage)

    Our client, a fast-growing Finance House is seeking to fill the role of Head, Operations. 
    The primary activities of the role will entail collaboration with other executive management to develop business and operational strategies, drive and coordinate daily operational activities. The ideal role holder will provide advice to senior management on administrative and procedural matters such as process operations, staff management, financial planning, and facilities management.
    Job Description:

    • Overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities  
    • Design and development of operational policies in line with the business’ strategies and regulatory stipulations

    • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years spent as Head of Operations in a Finance Company/Financial Services Sector
    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines from any recognised institution
    • An MBA will be an added advantage
