    Head of Sales

    Job Details

    • Minimum of a first degree in Business Administration, marketing, or related field from a reputable University.
    • Minimum of 14 years’ work experience in the financial service sector (stictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 6 years in a senior management and sales role in a structured organization.
    • Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, improve client retention & management, and expand the company’s customer base.
    • Proven experience partnering with C-suite executives and key decision makers to recruit, hire, train, support and effectively manage the sales department employees.
    • Adept at innovating & executing effective commercial strategy, market penetration plans that generate revenue and maximize profitability, analyzing & managing the sales pipeline, providing reports on sales, loan portfolio & key business insights to management periodically.
    • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with brands and marketing department to develop the marketing and sales strategy in order to increase the number of clients, guarantee exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and retain current clients.

    Product Manager

    Job Details

    • Minimum of a first degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable University. 
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 4 years in a senior level role in a structured organization. 
    • Lead the development and management of financial products, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing ones.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and IT, to develop and launch products.
    • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
    • Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases, roadmaps, and specifications.

    Finance Manager

    Job Details

    • Minimum of a first degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable University. ICAN Certification preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 6 years in a senior level role in a structured organization. 
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
    • Conduct financial forecasting and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital requirements to ensure financial stability.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and coordinate audits and regulatory examinations.

    Lead Client Success

    Job Details

    • Minimum of a first degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field from a reputable University. 
    • Minimum of 9 years of experience in client success, customer service and account management, preferably in the financial services sector (strictly Microfinance Banks), with at least 5 years in a senior level role in a structured organization. 
    • Develop and implement client success strategies to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
    • Lead and manage the client success team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze client feedback, satisfaction metrics, and other data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.

    Sales Associates

    Job Details

    • Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting and Finance or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks.
    • Demonstrated proactive approach customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services (SME loans).
    • Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
    • Proven experience assisting customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
    • Proven track record driving the sale of the loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities and completing loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
    • Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge on types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.
