    Clinical Trainer (Medical Aesthetic Division)

    SALARY: ₦400,000 Monthly

    PURPOSE

    A highly motivated Clinical Trainer with specialized experience in developing, delivering, and executing training programs that enhance clinical staff expertise. The ideal candidate will leverage innovative teaching methods to promote continuous learning, professional growth, and improved clinical performance within the medical aesthetics environment.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions—both hands-on and theoretical—on aesthetic devices, injectables, and skincare products for doctors, clinical staff, and sales teams.
    • Develop and update training materials including manuals, presentations, and SOPs aligned with Afrimed’s brand and manufacturers’ guidelines.
    • Support product launches by coordinating and participating in product demonstrations, workshops, and events to enhance product knowledge and adoption.
    • Evaluate learning outcomes through assessments, feedback forms, and post-training performance reviews.
    • Stay updated on trends, protocols, and innovations in medical aesthetics and device operation.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure consistent product messaging and support field operations.
    • Conduct on-site training visits to clinics and partner centers to provide practical guidance, troubleshoot device usage, and ensure proper equipment handling.
    • Ensure adherence to medical, ethical, and safety standards in all training activities, with proper documentation and reporting.
    • Submit detailed training reports, attendance records, and improvement recommendations.
    • Represent Afrimed professionally, maintaining high standards of communication, customer service, and brand reputation.

    KEY RESULT AREAS / KPIs

    • Timely training delivery and percentage of new hires completing orientation and competency evaluation within the required timeframe.
    • Improvement in trainees’ competency assessment scores before and after training.
    • Training content aligned with current clinical guidelines and Afrimed policies.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 3 years practical experience in aesthetic training.
    • Experience delivering training, teaching, or facilitating workshops.
    • Ability to design and adapt training curriculum.
    • Strong mentoring, coaching, and motivational abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

    HR Generalist

    Compensation Package:
    ₦330,000 – ₦360,000 monthly gross salary, plus other benefits

    Competencies Required:

    • Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
    • Proficient in HR software
    • Knowledge of Nigerian labour laws
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • High attention to detail

    Role Information:

    The HR Generalist will handle general HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labour laws. This role requires a proactive individual with strong people management skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform general HR operations and manage staff documentation
    • Promote workplace culture, diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement activities
    • Manage recruitment processes for various vacant positions
    • Handle site employment and related HR issues
    • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
    • Manage payroll administration
    • Maintain accurate employee records including remuneration, leave entitlements, end-of-service, health and medical insurance, and other relevant details
    • Promote the company’s vision, mission, and values through actions, training, communications, and leading by example
    • Compute and administer terminal benefits

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences, or related field
    • Master’s degree in HR is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist in a reputable organisation
    • Previous experience in the Construction industry and site management is mandatory
    • Possession of an HR certification is required

    After Sales Executive

    Salary Range: ₦80,000 – ₦150,000 (Gross Monthly)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a proactive After-Sales Executive to support our spare parts and service operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, coordinate service activities, process quotations and invoices, and ensure timely reporting and documentation. Experience in CRM or service coordination will be an added advantage.

    Qualifications:

    • HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field
    • 1–2 years relevant experience in service, sales support, or spare parts operations
    • Strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Good communication and organizational abilities
    • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate after-sales service activities to maintain customer satisfaction.
    • Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and repairs.
    • Handle invoicing and ensure accurate documentation of transactions.
    • Follow up with customers on service delivery and payment status.
    • Submit periodic reports as required by management.
    • Maintain organized filing of all service and sales records.
