    State Program Manager

    The State Program Manager is part of the senior management team for FHI360 Nigeria, in a decentralized country management structure and forms part of the strategic team that directs the operations of FHI360 Nigeria overall. H/She is responsible for program planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the interventions implemented by FHI360 and its partners in
    the assigned state.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • MBBS with 5-7 years relevant experience with international development programs which includes 5 years experience with HIV/AIDS program planning and implementation at the community or state level working with public and NGO sectors.
    • Or MSc social science, public health or related field, MPH preferred, and a minimum of 7-9 years relevant experience as above.
    • Or BSc. social science, public health or related field, with a minimum of 9-11 years relevant experience as above
    • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.

    Senior Program Manager

    The Senior Program Officer will work as a member of the Program Management Team, working with the Associate Director. S/He will provide oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all FHI 360 Nigeria activities in the assigned states including frequent travel to the
    states covered.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • BSc. in public health, business administration, health sciences. behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 7 - 9 years of relevant experience with international development programs.
    • Or MSc. in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5 - 7 years relevant experience with international development programs.

    Facilities Manager

    The Facilities Manager will ensure the smooth operation of the organization's office operations, office facilities, supplies and support services and ensuring the public and staff areas of the office premises are kept in good order so as to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency and the optimal use of facilities. S/he will also manage the compilation and maintenance of accurate inventory records in all State offices. S/he will supervise the verification of assets and ensure inventory data is accurately entered into the FHI 360 Nigeria electronic inventory system.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • BSc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management or related field with 7-9 years of relevant experience.
    • Or MSc. in Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management or related field with 5-7 years relevant experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in facilities management.
    • Familiarity with donor-funded procurement rules and regulations (particularly experience with USAID procurement regulations) is required.
    • Experience using inventory management software is required
    • Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is an advantage.

    Senior Technical Officer - HSS

    The Senior Technical Officer, HSS will work under the supervision of the Associate Director, HSS to provide technical' leadership in the planning, implementing and monitoring of health systems strengthening and laboratory activities in the SIDHAS project. S/he will contribute to FHI 360's provision of technical assistance to FHI 360 Nigeria partners and implementing agencies
    at all levels to develop/review, implement and monitor health systems and laboratory strategies and activities.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • MBBS with 3 to 5 years post NYSC experience with at least 3 years progressive experience in health systems strengthening, health financing, human resource for health management or other related areas.
    • MPH or related degree with at least 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience with at least 3 years progressive experience in health systems strengthening, health financing, human resource for health management or other related areas.
    • Experience in health systems analysis, health financinq (including budgeting and health accounts), human resource for health (including workload analysis), and service delivery required.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.

    Senior Technical Officer - PCT

    The Senior Technical Officer (PCT) will provide technical support to implement high quality care, treatment and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS including provision of Anti-retroviral therapy (ART). S/He will also provide technical leadership and support to the implementing agencies in prevention and mitigation at the state level.
    It includes supporting the implementation of prevention acnvities'(sexuat and biomedical) and strategic behavior change interventions, testing and counseling, home based care, orphans and vulnerable children and other community mobilization activities

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • MBBS with 3 to 5 years of progressive relevant experience in clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
    • Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.
    • Experience in project development with proven experience in the planning and facilitation of training is required.
    • Experience in large and complex SBC/BCC mobilization activities in a donor funded national health focused project is an added advantage.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.

    State Technical Officer

    The State Technical Officer for M&E, under the supervision of the State Program Manager and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible for the implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the state office. The State Technical Officer (M&E) will work with others in the state office and local implementing partners to ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project's M&E needs.

    Minimum Recruitment Standards:

    • MBBS with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
    • Or MPH or MSc. in relevant degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
    • Or BSc. in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
    • Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is desirable.
