    Production Manager

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end production process within our fashion house. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment production, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of fashion manufacturing standards and timelines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of clothing production from sampling to final output.
    • Liaise with designers and pattern makers to ensure accurate execution of styles and specifications.
    • Allocate tasks to tailors, machinists, and other production staff while ensuring efficiency and quality control.
    • Monitor daily production output to meet set deadlines and customer delivery expectations.
    • Implement and enforce quality assurance standards throughout the production process.
    • Manage sourcing and inventory of fabrics, trims, and other production materials.
    • Address and resolve any production issues or delays promptly.
    • Maintain accurate production records and report progress to management.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in the work environment.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for cost-saving, efficiency, and process improvement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design, Production Management, or a related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within a fashion house or garment manufacturing environment.
    • Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and tailoring techniques.
    • Ability to manage and motivate production teams effectively.
    • High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in production tracking tools or software is an added advantage.
    • Living on Lagos Island or Yaba axis is an added advantage for accessibility and prompt responsiveness.

    Business Development / Executive Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Business Development / Executive Assistant to support the executive team while driving business growth initiatives. 
    • This hybrid role combines strategic business development responsibilities with high-level administrative support, requiring a proactive individual who is both business-savvy and highly organized.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
    • Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
    • Manage client relationships and follow up on leads, meetings, and opportunities.
    • Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze performance data.

    Account / Admin Officer

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account / Admin Officer to manage our financial records, handle administrative tasks, and support day-to-day office operations. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and office administration, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities
    Accounting Duties:

    • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
    • Process payments, prepare cheques, and manage petty cash transactions.
    • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
    • Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and audits.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

    • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Living on the Lagos Island or Yaba axis is an added advantage for accessibility and prompt responsiveness.
