    IT Auditor

    Job Description

    • We are looking to hire an IT Auditor with an analytical mind and expertise in IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
    • IT Auditors are expected to have outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a great understanding of cybersecurity trends.

    Responsibilities

    • Execution of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security audits
    • Performing Information Security Risk Assessment to develop audit plan and supporting other audit initiatives
    • Conduct risk-based infrastructure audits, including cyber security coverage within a diverse technology environment, including vendor and cloud platforms.
    • Prepare clear and concise audit work papers.
    • Identify and document control weaknesses, draft planning memos and audit reports, and discuss pragmatic suggestions for remediation with Management.
    • Participate in the quarterly issue verification process, including validating the satisfactory completion of outstanding issues raised by regulators and/or audits where required.
    • Conduct continuous monitoring of technology initiatives and processes to identify areas of increasing and emerging technology risks; escalate risk issues as appropriate, follow-up on solutions and propose specific coverage.
    • Execute data analytics, where appropriate, to move towards more automated testing execution within audit department.
    • Perform multi-platform (application, database, operating system, middleware, monitoring tools, and business processes) level assessments based on predefined test objectives and test plans.
    • Perform retest of controls that have been remediated or updated as a result of previously identified deficiencies.
    • Obtain, review, and interpret evidence provided to validate controls are performed effectively.
    • Execute and report on results of IT Compliance assessments in accordance with industry best practices and established regulatory standards and requirements
    • Obtain, review, and interpret organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures to identify control points that would assist in mitigating risk to the business.
    • Review test results or interpret evidence to address vulnerabilities, gaps, or control deficiencies; work with stakeholders to establish plans for sustainable resolution.
    • Identify risks associated with control failures and supports the identification of mitigating controls
    • Partner with control owners to ensure control documentation is updated periodically to reflect current control environment
    • Perform other tasks as necessary to ensure that the Compliance meets its commitments to customers
    • Investigate security and data breaches to identify incident root causes, internal control gaps/failure points and vulnerabilities exploited; and to proffer solutions/recommendations to prevent reoccurrence and exposure to corporate liability, sanctions, and litigations.
    • Carryout review of Group’s data security, threat intelligence, vulnerability management and security monitoring activities

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Information / Technology / Computer Science or any relevant discipline.
    • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) will be an added advantage
    • Expert in Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.

    Team Lead, Finance Operations

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Team Lead, Finance Operations who will work closely with stakeholders, and provide financial and operational monitoring and controls for the finance team; including producing reports and overseeing the analysis of financial data and budget administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure tax compliance and management, and coordinate tax audit by working with the tax consultant.
    • Expense management (OPEX, CAPEX, Advances), advise appropriate GL for posting
    • Manage timely preparation and remittance of VAT, WHT
    • Manage bank accounts to ensure sufficient liquid funds whilst investing surplus cash (to be done in conjunction with Portfolio Management Team)
    • Present weekly liquidity report for the Group
    • Work with the Head of Finance for monthly CBN returns
    • Management of relationships with correspondent banks.
    • Co-ordinate monthly bank reconciliation statements for Zedvance Finance Oversee day-to-day processing of payments and other operational activities in the finance department
    • Work with the other team members for the early completion of the audit
    • Continuously develop financial policies and procedures for operational efficiency
    • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the Company
    • Assist Finance Head in financial management and reporting activities and other projects
    • Ensure Maintenance of proper books of accounts and periodic review of GLs
    • Manage accounts payables and receivables activities
    • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances quarterly
    • Ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures, legal/statutory, and company regulations.
    • Work with the reporting team for prompt completion of month-end activities.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant course.
    • Minimum of (5) years of relevant professional experience.
    • ICAN, ACCA, and other relevant Certifications are added advantages.

    Job Summary

    • The Head of Products and Strategy leads the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of our products and services in the market.
    • The role holder is the primary driver of the company’s vision; overseeing the development and management of the product’s roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision.
    • The Head of Products and Strategy will be responsible for leading the development of long-term strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
    • Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap, in order to establish the company as an industry leader
    • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
    • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
    • Develop/drive product pricing, positioning, and awareness strategies
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
    • Assessing market trends and competitors; Identifying threats and opportunities
    • Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions
    • Planning, implementing, and managing proposed recommendations and projects
    • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation
    • Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
    • Create and present visionary innovations, and strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases
    • Responsible for strategic partnerships and leading necessary contract negotiations
    • Represent the company with regard to strategic customers, the press, and analysts
    • Definition, monitoring of the company’s relevant product KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set
    • Conducting research and analyses of product and operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc
    • Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
    • Supporting and guiding key decision-making processes across the business
    • Co-owning the Sales and profit and loss responsibility for the business with the Business Development arm
    • Recruitment, training, managing, mentoring, and development of the Product Management and Strategy team in which you motivate and achieve steady improvements in your area

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
    • At least 8 years of substantial experience leading Strategy, Products, Digital Transformation, Operations and Revenue growth within complex and multistakeholder environments
    • Substantial experience within our industry (or similar): Financial Services, Financial Technology, Consumer lending, Banking etc.
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product(s) throughout its lifecycle
    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
    • Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development
    • Relevant role related/regulatory certifications (Product Management, Project Management etc.)
    • Possesses Executive Presence and strong organizational skills that can handle the demands of the role
    • Have proven “strong” people skills and an astute communicator
    • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
