    Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.
    • Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
    • Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
    • Explain necessary bookkeeping requirements for customer to implement and provide group insurance program.
    • Monitor insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
    • Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
    • Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical and dental insurance or specialized policies such as marine, farm/crop, and medical malpractice.

    Requirements

    • HND or B.Sc in Marketing or other related field.
    • A year related work experience.
    • Not more than 35 years of age.
    • Good communication skill.
    • Energetic and passionate about sales.

    Remuneration
    N70,000 monthly with HMO and Pension.

    Business Development Manager

    Reports to: Country Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Business Development Manager will be working with the company team to cover West Africa Region in identifying and approaching both new and existing customers/partners to scout for and mature new business opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial projects from idea generation to the final stage of implementation, while ensuring the products offerings meet customer, market and competitive demands.
    • Take ownership of a number of N2M-innovation projects and co-own pipeline creation & progression.
    • Work closely with the various stakeholders both within the company and externally clients.
    • Conduct detailed analysis of market & business opportunities
    • Select, position & drive the most promising concept ideas & technical solutions towards implementation of customer’s detergent brands.
    • Ensure strong relationship building to pave the way for future collaborative projects.

    Job Requirements
    In this position, you need to have:

    • Strong track record of building new business & driving inspirational dialogues with customers
    • Strong business acumen, entrepreneurship and ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • Great network skills to build business & partnerships externally with customers, academia and industrial associations
    • Minimum 5 years of strategic sales, marketing and/or business development experience from the detergent, chemical, specialty ingredient or FMCG industry
    • Relevant advanced Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) within Economy, Business Administration or Science/Engineering.

    Country Manager (West Africa)

    Reports to: Board of Directors

    Job Summary

    • The Country Manager will be part of the company’s sales team with responsibility to develop the company business in the Food & Beverages division across the West Africa region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage commercial projects from idea generation to the final stage of implementation, while ensuring the products offerings meet customer, market and competitive demands.
    • Develop and commercialize new business relationships and opportunities with an already existing knowledge of market across Food & Beverages in West Africa
    • Analyze and synthetize the competitive environment and report with the solid facts that will drive strategic and tactical responses to the market.
    • Deliver enthusiastic sales approach and basic technical understanding that will identify the need/pain then translate this to demand for solution for such opportunities.

    Job Requirements
    In this position, you need to have:

    • University Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Technology/Engineering
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably from producers or suppliers to Food & Beverages Industries.
    • Possess strong business acumen - in particular understanding of negotiation principles, account planning, value pricing & supply chain principles.
    • Proven communication and presentation skills as well as MS office proficiency.
    • Be prepared to travel up to 60% of your time in designated region.
    • Speak English and local languages where French would be a strong plus
    • Have a driving license (B).
