    Customer Experience Manager

    Job Description

    • Developing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
    • Ensuring that all customer communication channels are optimized and functioning well.
    • Training employees to provide excellent customer service.
    • Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for improvement.
    • Identifying areas where the customer experience can be improved and implementing solutions.

    Packaging Production Supervisor

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments
    • Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications
    • Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department
    • Trains workers in operation of equipment
    • Requisitions containers and other supplies for delivery to workstations.
    • Analyze and determine all standards for packaging limes and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
    • Monitor and recommend improvements to process and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively
    • Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing
    • Performs other duties as described

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment: Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements

    Educational Qualification & Experience

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND must have at least 5 + years of experience
    • Must have previous warehouse experience
    • Must be able to follow work orders

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to sit, stand and bend frequently
    • May have to assist on the line, repetition is required
    • Must be able to lift to 10 pounds if needed
    • Prolonged periods of standing
    • Must be detailed oriented, hand eye coordination

    Quality Control Analyst (Packaging Materials)

    Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the Quality Control Supervisor the incumbent will be responsible for the analysis of Packaging Materials to ensure the timely manufacture and packaging of Packaging products in line with the requirements of regulatory bodies and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    Responsibilities

    • Perform analysis of samples and components using visual inspection, dimensions and basic analytical techniques related to the testing of plastic, bottles and paper Packaging Materials components for use with finished products.
    • Previous experience working in a packaging company to GMP standards.
    • Assess the quality and accuracy of data and determine if material meets pre-defined acceptance criteria.
    • Undertake review and development of e-copy of artwork up till approval as reference standard.

    Qualifications

    • Applicants must possess a Degree / HND in a relevant field, preferably Natural Sciences. Candidates must be analytical with an eye for detail. Proficiency with Graphic design packages is an added advantage.
    • 5-7 years of previous experience as a Packaging Material Analyst in a packaging company is required.
