    Operations Engineering Lead

    Job Summary

    • To Supports operations team by initiating, planning, coordinating operation assigned projects with a view of controlling, managing quality to ensure that the project deliverables such as time, cost and performance objectives are met within the agreed scope of work. Support Tender and orders execution through FSE’s and contract management.

    Job Function

    • Preparing project status reports for Triumph Power and Gas (TPG) management on progress and arranging / hosting weekly updates for Operations Department.
    • Identify scope of work, budgeted man hours, budgeted quantities, and total number of deliverables, time schedules and other specifications for execution of the work.
    • Performing some business analysis activities, including process mapping, procedure writing, and business requirement definition.
    • Organize the preparation of the technical document lists and identify requirements and scope of work preparation and review of asset materials specifications and requisitions, data sheets, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure that Customers Projects are delivered to budget and schedule whilst assuring their quality.
    • Raising RFQs (Request for Quotations), TBE’s (Technical Bid Evaluations) documents submitted in the proposals stage, issue inquiry requisitions, review techno-commercial vendor/OEM offers.
    • Provide the Engineering interface for their project to Business Development and Supply Chain.
    • Ensure that Customers Projects are delivered to budget and schedule whilst assuring their quality.
    • Develop customer relationship to understand customer requirements.
    • Prepare Close out report for every project and share with TPG management.

    Technical Skills & Competence Requirements:

    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of systems and equipment.
    • Ability to identify and implement process improvements
    • Engineering Drawing/ BOM interpretation.
    • Technical communication and report writing.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Excellent computer literacy, organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    • Excellent project management and supervision skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Engineering principles and the ability to apply them to operation, maintenance of rotating equipment.
    • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices, including predictive and preventive maintenance techniques and experience with maintenance management software.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to rotating equipment i.e., API, ASME etc.

    Business Development Manager

    Where You Fit In

    • You will be part of an existing team (Business Development) in Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited, working closely together to deliver the business.
    • As Business Development, you will be at the forefront of this challenging ambition by creating and developing new growth opportunities; carrying out B2B sales; negotiating contracts and closing deals; conducting market research and developing a strategic business development plan.

    What’s the Role?

    • The role is key to driving the growth ambition of the business. Based on your experience in upstream and midstream marketing and the value chain, you will develop an intimate relationship with customers, partners, regulators and other players to identify, develop and close deals for Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited to grow its sales.

    • Unlocking new demand involves landing deals with customers and managing new and old client relationships with the necessity to diversify our clientele
    • You will develop the agenda forsalesand conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan
    • The role will allow you to develop and create innovative strategies around growing the company’s sales targets while contributing towards achieving the overall corporate objective of the organization.

    What do we need from you?
    We’re keen to hear from individuals with preferably a minimum of 8 years of working experience in sales, business development in thePower, Oil & Gas, Marine and Manufacturing sectors and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent. Alongside this, we’d hope to see the following on your CV:

    • Experience in oil & gas commercial with understanding and experience in sales and marketing (supply, regulation, technical, business development, commercial & agreements, valuation, finance and risk management).
    • Solid understanding of relevant commercial agreements (e.g. gas supply agreements, service agreements, etc.)
    • Commercially savvy in engaging customers, and internal and external stakeholders; building strong and trusted networks.
    • Strong business development skills and entrepreneurial capabilities, business development/origination in immature markets.
    • Strong and proven negotiator, trusted partner of commercial counterparties, strong commercial acumen; ability to protect and maximize profit for Triumph Power and Gas Systems Limited.
    • Self-starting, analytical, problem solver, able to work with limited guidance.
    • Proven track record as a deal maker for opportunities.
    • Experience in dealing with the usual complexities of business and investment transactions with many stakeholders in immature markets.
    • Ability to create value propositions, and develop and close deals.
    • You are a team player, and love to work in a dynamic and exciting new business with a mandate to grow and you have a track record in commercial roles including closing deals.

    QHSE Lead

    Position Summary

    • The QHSE Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing TPG Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management System.
    • He/She will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels of the organization. This position provides QHSE guidance to the organization and supports the operation process in order to maintain and continually improve the organization's Quality and Safety culture in line with business objectives.
    • He/She will also be responsible for all NCDMB related activities and ensure compliance to the Nigerian Content Act.

    Minimum Requirements
    Education & Experience:

    • Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing and implementing Quality Management Systems;
    • Knowledge of the power, gas and offshore industry;
    • Knowledge of rotating equipment and previous dealings with the NCDMB will be added advantage.

    Skills & Knowledge:

    • Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management.
    • ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management

    Professional Memberships:

    • Quality Assurance qualification from an accredited body.
    • NEBOSH or similar qualification.

    Technical Skills & Competence Requirements:

    • Proven QHSE professional from a highly regulated industry such as Industrial Automation, Process, Oil & Gas, Power Generation or suppliers to these industries.
    • Strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements.
    • A “hands-on” implementer of processes and change
    • Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills.

    Behavioural Competencies:

    • Communicate accurately, correctly, timely, effectively and in an appropriate manner using email, documentation and verbally.
    • Take initiative and always act in a professional and ethical manner.
    • Represent TPG in a courteous, helpful and business-like behavior.
