    Responsibilities

    • Engaging with heads of departments and Suggest new HR strategies
    • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions

    • Leads and/or supports annual HR cycle deliverable to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; benefits enrollment; etc.

    Requirements

    • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR including employment law and compliance requirements
    • B.Sc, M.Sc, in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
    • Six (6) to Eight (8) years of HR experience in both talent acquisition and general HR experience.
    • A recognized HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) is compulsory.
    • Proven client management and business literacy skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues

    • 3+ years' experience leading a team in solution delivery projects involving Microsoft

    • Track record of managing successfully multiple scrum teams.
    • Experience guiding continuous improvement of process and technology.
    • Take smart risks and champion new ideas.

    • Project Management certifications Scrum Master, SAFe is important.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to work with different stakeholders, internal and external, to facilitate the development of effective, responsive, fully compliant cloud engineering solutions
    • Experience / Good understanding of Cloud Environments (AWS and Azure preferred) and related Cloud technologies is nice to have.

    Detailed Description
    We are currently seeking for a qualified Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our Business Process Engineering team.

    • The successful candidate will be expected to serves as a liaison between IT, Operations and the business line to facilitate process improvements, process development and process engineering.
    • The individual will also be responsible for monitoring business processes and user needs, documenting business requirements in order to enhance as well as support new and existing bank initiatives.

    Educational Requirements:

    Experience must include:

    Project Manager

    Job Summary
    We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will work with the team to develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development life cycle.     • Leverage Scrum and Kanban Agile development practices.
    • Be hands-on and actively review code alongside the team, with time balanced between development, code review, and management.
