Job Overview

• As the Head of Digital Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing our telesales and marketing efforts.
• You will manage the team driving inbound and outbound sales through phone channels while simultaneously overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• This role requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and tactical expertise in both digital marketing and telesales to elevate the company’s brand, drive revenue, and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Telesales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive online sales, enhance brand awareness, and generate quality leads. Focus areas include SEO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless coordination between telesales and digital marketing efforts, leveraging insights from both teams to create a unified customer journey from online discovery to final purchase.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage the flow of qualified leads between digital marketing channels and the telesales team, optimizing lead nurturing and conversion processes to maximize sales opportunities.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns (including digital ads, email marketing, social media promotions, and influencer partnerships) to drive engagement and conversions.
• Customer Insights & Data Analytics: Use data-driven insights to monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, telesales performance, and customer behaviors. Analyze key metrics such as lead conversion, ROI, CAC, LTV, and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies.
• Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate the budget across digital marketing initiatives and telesales operations to ensure maximum impact, cost-effectiveness, and ROI.
• Team Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for both the telesales and marketing teams. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture to ensure consistent achievement of sales and marketing objectives.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing materials, telesales scripts, and customer touchpoints. Ensure messaging aligns with the company’s values and resonates with target customers. - Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the furniture industry, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Apply insights to continuously innovate and improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Customer Experience: Work closely with customer service and product teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience from initial contact through purchase and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in digital marketing and telesales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the furniture or home goods industry is preferred.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in driving digital sales through SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Telesales Management: Experience in managing and optimizing telesales teams, with a focus on lead generation, closing rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize digital campaigns and telesales efforts. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), and call tracking software is a plus.
• Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and manage cross-functional teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and engage with customers.

• As the Head of Network Marketing and Offline Sales, you will be responsible for driving both offline sales and the growth of our network marketing program. This includes developing, implementing, and leading sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention through direct selling, regional partnerships, events, and recruitment of new network partners. You will manage a team of network marketers and sales representatives, focusing on building strong relationships within local markets and ensuring the successful execution of offline sales campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Network Marketing Leadership:

• Develop & Implement Network Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive network marketing strategy that promotes brand awareness, customer acquisition, and team growth through personal relationships, referrals, and recruitment.
• Team Building & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and train new network marketers to join the sales team. Provide continuous coaching, development, and mentorship to help them meet their sales goals and grow their own networks.
• Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, track performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and support to ensure the success of individual distributors and the broader network.
• Compensation & Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive structures that motivate distributors to achieve sales targets and grow their own teams. This includes bonuses, rewards, and recognition programs. Offline Sales Strategy:
• Offline Sales Campaigns: Plan and execute offline sales campaigns that target local and regional markets. This includes organizing in-person events, pop-up stores, furniture expos, and product demonstrations to drive traffic and conversions.
• Direct Selling and Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local businesses, showrooms, and regional distributors to expand the company’s offline sales footprint. Lead efforts to cultivate relationships with customers in the community and encourage repeat business.
• Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of furniture-related events (e.g., home and garden shows, expos, community meetups) to create brand awareness and promote sales. Sales Support & Training: - Sales Enablement: Develop and provide the tools, resources, and training necessary to ensure that network marketers and sales teams are equipped to sell effectively. This includes product knowledge, sales scripts, and marketing materials.
• Customer Relationship Management: Ensure the team maintains strong relationships with existing customers and prospects, offering exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations. Data-Driven Sales: - Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network marketing and offline sales, such as sales volume, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, local customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape. Brand Representation & Community Engagement:
• Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the lead ambassador for the company’s brand and products in local communities. Ensure that all network marketing and offline sales activities align with the brand’s values and messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong focus on network marketing, offline sales, or direct selling. Previous experience in the furniture, home decor, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading and growing network marketing teams, sales representatives, and regional sales efforts.
• Offline Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of offline sales channels, including direct selling, in-person events, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Network Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of network marketing strategies, compensation plans, and recruitment techniques. Experience managing and scaling network marketing programs is essential.
