    Sales and Account Representative (m/f/d) - PHC

    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales and Account Representative for our growth team that will:

    • Pitch to intercity Transport Service Providers in your city (Port Harcourt) and deploy PoS to interested businesses.
    • Manage city inventories.
    • Provide first-line support to businesses where you deploy T40 PoS.
    • Provide first-line operational support for client onboarding.
    • Stay up-to-date on all T40 product features and services.

    Requirements

    You are qualified for this role if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:

    • Are excited about working in a tech startup making impact in the African intercity mobility and logistics space.
    • Have some B2B sales experience as a Sales Agent (not mandatory).
    • Have demonstrated that you are great at executing tasks and seeing them through.
    • Have demonstrated leadership capabilities in previous roles.
    • Are of high-energy, optimistic, self-motivated and can work independently.

    Operations Manager (m/f/d)

    Job Description

    As an Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the Business Operations Team to ensure high productivity of all managed assets. You goal is to maximize revenue generation for the company by effectively collaborating with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams. The ideal candidate for this role would have a combination of some Sales, Business Development, Operations and Project Management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure high performance of all assets under management.
    • Effectively manage the asset pipeline.
    • Deploy and manage Travellerz Experience Centres.
    • Manage internal Operations Projects.
    • Work with the Sales Team in Business Acquisition and Onboarding.
    • Create and maintain a handbook for clients using assets.
    • Find new channels for client sourcing.
    • Secure financing partnerships for asset leases.

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Proven work experience as Operations Manager in a tech company
    • You are good with technology and using different tools to get the job done.
    • You are very comfortable working remotely, and you understand the benefits but also the drawbacks that come with it.
    • You have worked in a smaller company before, and are happy taking on a lot of varied tasks.
    • You are hands-on and love getting your hands dirty, but also know when it's best to delegate.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • You are a big picture thinker, but you are also good at implementation and follow-through, with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
    • You can work to produce the best results both in a team and independently.
    • You have impeccable verbal and written English skills.
