JOB SUMMARY
The Specialist, Animator (Visual Effects & Audio Production) is responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual content that enhances brand storytelling across digital platforms.
The role combines creativity with technical expertise to produce high-quality motion graphics, animation, sound design, and visual effects for marketing, advertising, and internal communications.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Production
- Conceptualize and create visually engaging animations, visual effects, and motion graphics for brand campaigns, social media, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the digital and brand teams to develop creative assets that align with marketing strategy and tone.
- Execute 2D and 3D animation projects using industry-standard tools (Adobe After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, etc.).
- Integrate audio, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement animation outputs.
- Manage post-production editing, compositing, and finishing for all video and multimedia projects.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and quality across all visual materials.
Technical & Operational
- Supervise all audio-visual production activities including filming, lighting, sound recording, and motion capture.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain high visual and audio standards under tight deadlines.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies such as AI-assisted animation, virtual production, and AR/VR storytelling.
- Manage storage and archiving of media assets using digital asset management systems.
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, OTT, etc.) ensuring compliance with brand and format requirements.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work with the marketing team to interpret briefs into high-impact visual content that meets campaign objectives.
- Liaise with external vendors, studios, and creative partners for co-production or outsourcing needs.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and agency partners on animation and VFX standards.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and production budgets for assigned projects.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore and recommend new creative techniques, animation trends, and technologies to enhance storytelling.
- Conduct regular benchmarking against industry best practices for content quality, engagement, and visual innovation.
- Other responsibilities include completing software upgrades, developing methods to improve on deliverables and quality of content created by the audio-visual team

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
- A sizeable portfolio of VFX contents
- Experience with live streaming is a plus
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in film studies, Creative Art, cinematography or related field will be an advantage

JOB SUMMARY
The Specialist, Public Relations is responsible for implementing strategic communication and media relations activities that enhance the company’s corporate reputation, support business objectives, and strengthen public trust.
This role delivers proactive and reactive PR initiatives, manages relationships with traditional and digital media, coordinates press activities, and supports crisis communication efforts. The specialist works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the company’s purpose as a leading digital lifestyle brand.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic and Operational PR Management
- Support the design and execution of annual public relations and reputation management strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Develop and implement media engagement plans to strengthen the company’s visibility across earned and owned channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key journalists, editors, influencers, and media partners.
- Draft press releases, thought leadership articles, speeches, and corporate communications for internal and external dissemination.
- Ensure consistency of corporate messaging across all communication channels.
- Support crisis and issues management by preparing holding statements and monitoring media sentiment.
- Collaborate with brand, CSR, and internal communications teams to ensure integrated storytelling.
- Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and executive media engagements.

Content Development & Storytelling

Stakeholder & Agency Management
- Liaise with approved PR and media agencies to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain accurate and updated databases of journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Provide support for CSR events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives from a reputation perspective.
Reporting & Insights
- Compile media performance dashboards (earned coverage, reach, sentiment, engagement).
- Track and analyse PR KPIs and deliver periodic reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- First degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (CIPR, NIPR, PRSA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in public relations, preferably within telecoms, technology, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven record of managing media relationships and executing successful PR campaigns.
- Experience with PR analytics tools such as Meltwater, Brandwatch etc.

Job Summary
Be part of the team that drive OSS evolution and strategy in Technical by working directly with our network partners. Further develop and support OSSs and solutions in Technical to deliver real-time network insight. Provide end to end support of various OSSs and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the integration of new EMSs and KPI into the Technical NQoSS Umbrella NMS.
- Further develop features and capabilities of the Technical NQoSS Umbrella NMS.
- Design, develop and maintain EMTS NQoSS Portal and mobile application.
- Develop and maintain EMTS OSS Road Map
- Support the development of various NQoSS Reporting and Analytics dashboards
- Conduct research and provide quarterly reports on OSS trends, technologies and developments
- Develop and maintain EMTS Technical OSS Database including architecture and inventory
- Monitor and support the NQoSS Server and services

Education and Experience
- First degree in Information Technology
