    Sales Senior Associate/Associate

    The Role 

    • The successful candidate will manage the growth of the company’s sales lending portfolio . The candidate will also maintain client relationships, create sales strategies, and drive new business development while working closely with other departments to ensure the sales team's success.

    Job Responsibilities

    Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that align with the company’s objectives and drive growth.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and ensure the sales analyst and associate have a clear direction to achieve them.
    • Forecast sales performance based on market trends, previous sales data, and strategic initiatives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the company’s reach.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales representatives to improve skills and ensure they meet performance expectations.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team, providing feedback, goal-setting, and development plans.
    • Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving, addressing concerns, and providing excellent service.
    • Assist in negotiating and closing high-value sales or complex deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
    • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth post-sale experiences and customer retention.

    Sales Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor the performance of the sales team through regular reporting, analyzing sales activities, and tracking performance against goals.
    • Identify areas of underperformance and develop corrective action plans to drive improvements.
    • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.

    Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Analyze customer feedback and competitor strategies to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
    • Adjust sales tactics as necessary based on market conditions and evolving business needs.

    Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Work closely with marketing to align sales campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, credit, engineering, etc.) to ensure product offerings are aligned with customer needs and feedback.
    • Provide insights from customers to help shape product development and enhancements.

    Sales Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics including team performance, revenue growth, and forecasting.
    • Present sales data and performance updates to senior management and suggest strategies for improvements or growth.
    • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and ensure the accuracy of all sales-related data.

    Budgeting and Resource Allocation:

    • Manage the sales team budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure the sales team has the tools, training, and support necessary to meet objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
    • 2 years experience in sales of solar or other clean-tech equipment.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results.
    • Experience with sales of Electric Vehicles.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Meet required financial targets/sales budgets.
    • Meet performance, KPIs, service level, quality standards, and customer satisfaction rates/standards.

    Risk Analyst/Risk Associate

    The Role

    • The Risk Analyst/Risk Associate will support the Enterprise Risk Management arm of the organization towards developing risk management strategies to safeguard the company’s interests while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operational & Process Risk: Assist in identifying process gaps and control weaknesses across the lending lifecycle (origination, disbursement, collections).

    Risk Report & Analytics: 

    • Assist in analyzing loan applications and assess borrower risk using internal and external data sources (KYC, credit bureaus, AML, sanctions).
    • Participate in risk assessment, control testing and reporting with actionable insights.

    Fraud Risk Management: 

    • Monitor fraud detection rules and redflags. Collaborate with collections and operations teams to prevent fraud-related incidences.

    Loan Monitoring: 

    • Monitor violations of credit and risk policies, provide analysis, conclusion and recommendation.
    • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures
    • Support compliance with regulatory requirements (NFIU, NDPR).

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: 

    • Work closely with Credit, Collections, Sales, Product and finance teams to improve risk outcomes.
    • Undertake all such other roles and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time and participate in risk management training to enhance knowledge, practice and compliance across board.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in risk management within the financial services industry (2-3 years).
    • Preferably, experience in a Fintech environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, credit analysis, and risk assessment methodologies
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
    • Strong communication and follow-up skills
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
    • High level of integrity and attention to detail
    • Willingness to learn and take initiative

    Solar Engineering Associate

    The Role 

    • Rivy is seeking a highly motivated and technically grounded Junior Solar Engineer to support the design, assessment, implementation, and maintenance of solar energy systems. This role is designed for an individual with a strong foundation in renewable energy principles and a keen interest in practical field execution and customer engagement. The Junior Solar Engineer will assist in conducting energy audits, performing site assessments, supporting system design and feasibility evaluations, and contributing to project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes. Working under supervision, the Engineer will also provide technical support to customers, assist in preparing proposals and documentation, and support the monitoring and maintenance of installed asset systems. This position offers a structured pathway for professional growth while ensuring high technical standards and effective project delivery across Rivy’s solar initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities

    Customer Engagement & Technical Assessment

    • Assist in customer engagement by understanding their energy needs and requirements under supervision.
    • Provide introductory-level advice and recommendations on suitable solar energy solutions.
    • Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical assessments.
    • Support technical assessments of asset and inventory finance loans.

    Solar System Design & Energy Audit

    • Conduct energy audits to analyze customer energy consumption patterns and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Perform site assessments to evaluate structural suitability, shading, electrical infrastructure, and installation feasibility
    • Collect and document site data required for system design and proposal development.
    • Aid in evaluating the feasibility and preliminary design of proposed solar installations.
    • Assist in system sizing, component selection, and performance estimation under guidance.
    • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for solar projects.
    • Support the use of solar design and simulation tools such as Helioscope for system modeling, performance assessment, and proposal development.

    Project Quaity Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

    • Support the implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures during project execution.
    • Participate in inspection of installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in documenting and reporting non-conformities and corrective actions.

    Technical Support

    • Support maintenance activities of installed solar PV systems when required.
    • Assist in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
    • Work with vendors to ensure assets are operational.

    Learning & Industry Development

    • Stay updated with advancements in the clean energy industry, technologies, and regulations.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical expertise and customer engagement skills.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, solar engineering, technical project support, or related fields, preferably involving field implementation, system design, or operational monitoring of solar energy projects.
    • Technical Literacy: Strong foundational understanding of solar photovoltaic system design, energy auditing, site assessment, and basic principles of solar system performance optimization.
    • Industry Awareness: Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, solar project development processes, and quality assurance/quality control standards in solar installations.
    • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Mindset: Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving capability, and a proactive approach to learning and delivering technical and operational objectives.
