Job Description
Manage existing Sales/Marketers
Manage entire Sales pipeline and channels
Act as Sales Team Coach
Monitor Sales performance, set targets ect and help team excel
Onboard and Train Sales Staff
Interpret Sales performance Matrix using inventory turnover and other indicators
Act as advisory to Management on sales related metrics and data e.g competitive pricing, Market Projection and Trends.
REQUIRED SKILL SET
Applicant must have
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship
3-4 years experience in related field and currently working
Certification in Sales/Marketing with current or last Job in related field.
