Job Description

• Manage existing Sales/Marketers 

• Manage entire Sales pipeline and channels 

• Act as Sales Team Coach 

• Monitor Sales performance, set targets ect and help team excel 

• Onboard and Train Sales Staff 

• Interpret Sales performance Matrix using inventory turnover and other indicators 

• Act as advisory to Management on sales related metrics and data e.g competitive pricing, Market Projection and Trends. 

REQUIRED SKILL SET 

Applicant must have 

• Experience in Sales and Team Management 
• Strong Leadership abilities 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills 
• Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills 
• Ability to create and understand Sales Metrics 
• Strong knowledge and use of CRM 
• Fluent in Computer use and office related software applications 

REQUIREMENTS  

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship  

• 3-4 years experience in related field and currently working 

• Certification in Sales/Marketing with current or last Job in related field. 

• Visible Milestones and Track records in Sales
