RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Supervise all marine Offshore maintenance activities on terminal facilities, CBM/SPM Systems.
• Plan and rnonitor preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to ensure asset reliability and operational readiness.
• Lead diving support activities for CBM and SPM operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of marine assets and initiate corrective actions where required.
• Ensure pre-berth and post-berth inspections on CBM and SPM (complete checklist).
• Ensure compliance With company procedures, HSE requirements, maritime regulations, and industry best practices.
• Supervise maintenance contractors, OEM representatives, divers, and senice providers during maintenance and inspection activities.
• Prepare voork permits, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and job safety analyses for marine operations and maintenance activities.
• Investigate equipment failures, operational incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in emergency response activities and coordinate recovery actions during marine operational disruptions.
• Identify opportunities for asset improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency enhancement.

QUALIFICATION AND JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor Degree or HND in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Discipline.
• Relevant professional certifications in Marine Operations, Maintenance Management or Maritime Safety will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years Of relevant experience in Marine Terminal Operations, Offshore Marine Operations, SPM systems,
• Marine Maintenance or Oil and Gas Terminal Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate pre-cargo key meetings and cargo receipts plans with vessel management.
• Line up pipelines and tanks to receive petroleum products, cwersee valves open and close operations.
• Supervises offloading operations Of bulk petroleum products from vessels into tank arm, dipping operations by the cargo surveyors.
• Line up pipelines and tanks to load trucks.
• Daily dipping Of products in tanks, keeping record Of dead stock in storage.
• Coordinate periodic stock take exercise With Other relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Ullaging of loaded trucks where necessary to ascertain loaded quantities.
• Accounting for products stock in storage tanks and perform periodic reconciliations where variance is identified.
• Ensure daily reconciliation of physical stock balance with balance in the ERR
• Prepares and sends daily stock reports.
• Maintains a product loading register.
• Liaise with the operations teams to seal tanks for cargo receipts.

QUALIFICATION AND JOB SPECIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Experience in petroleum stock management.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification is an advantage.
• Good Excel and ERP knowledge (Ms Dynamics).
