Key Responsibilities

• Certify compliance of On-site IT Systems infrastructure to requirements & specifications for every Solution Deployment.
• Administration & Support of Web and Databases Servers.
• Internal & On-site Deployment, Patching or System Integration of Software Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
• Logging & Documentation of Deployment configurations and System Patching.
• The Delivery & Administration of technical support for deployed solutions in accordance with established Service Levels for Clients.
• Configuration, Support & Administration of Internal IT systems Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2 - 4 years work experience

Requirements:

• Must understand the software development lifecycle (agile).
• Must understand the .net framework.
• Must understand Extensible Markup Language.
• Have working knowledge of MSQL SERVER.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge and understanding of products and ensure a continuous improvement philosophy.
• Develop knowledge and understanding of products and ensuring a continuous improvement philosophy is adopted.
• Work with the relevant Product Owner to ensure that product data and information is current and accurate.
• Manage Product administration request from corporates/customers/product owners such as configuration request, chargeback, onboarding, access forms, KYC etc.
• Work with the relevant Product teams; set up all new product ranges in the system to support the Product Introduction process in line with the Project timescales.
• Support the Product team with periodic customer feedback.
• React promptly to all system updates & maintenance requests from the Product team and Production team.
• Ensure all required products data are accurate and up-to-date.
• Work with Customer service and the Production team to discuss continuous process improvement.
• Manage and remove obsolete products/options.
• React promptly to all product updates & features requests from the Product team, customer and Production team.
• Build strong connections between the product and user-facing teams; customer support and coordinate smooth, high-quality product feature launches.
• Learn more about users and helping them to get the best out of the product e.g. product enablement.
• Provide feedback on brand new processes or improve existing processes related to the products

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 to 3 years experience working in a software company within the product or similar function.
• Knowledge of project management tools.
• Strong time management skills.
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects.
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop applications,inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Design beautiful, interesting and effective graphics that are impressive and emphasize the company and the product at hand
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Design and create web interfaces & experiences that synchronize the business objectives with optimal user experience for the group platform.
• Sketch prototypes, Wire-frame development, partake in ideation sessions and work on visual assets for the Company.
• Corporate Branding and graphic development
• User Interface design mock-ups
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with product managers to produce final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Graphics Design or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail.
