Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated QA tester to be responsible for designing and implementing test plans to improve the usability of our products.
• The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
• Translating user stories into test scenarios to deliver highquality software.
• Automate and run tests within our integration testing framework.
• Ensure tests run smoothly and quickly.
• Investigate and manage test failures effectively.
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Prepare and execute test cases based on established standard software testing techniques.
• Design reusable and maintainable automated tests.
• Executing and clearly documenting test plans (not just the test cases) for the module covering all aspects of testing for software quality.
• Advise best practices and optimizations throughout testing and bugfixing processes.

Requirements

• BSc or higher, especially in Computer Science/Mathematics or any related field.
• 3+ years of experience creating automated tests using Java, Selenium/Appium, and Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Charles Proxy.
• Able to work in an Agile environment and have a working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Shift Left.
• Working knowledge of test management software (Python, qTest, Zephyr, and SQL)
•  Working knowledge of TDD/BDD experience
• Exposure or handson testing experience for payment terminals (P.D.Q hardware)
•  Experience with CI/CD Deployment Practice, Tools.
•  Analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Time management skills and organizational skills.

Job Description

• Draft product requirements and design the product’s roadmap.
• Drive digital initiatives throughout the organization and demonstrate leadership qualities, showing clear communication of product vision and roadmap to multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Lead the full cycle of product management from opportunity assessment and ideation, through validation and delivery, to ongoing product management.
• Using customer insights, data, market information, trends and user problems you will identify business problems and opportunities and form hypotheses.
• Collaborate with your team through discovery to test your hypothesis, using data and insight to drive your decision-making and product development.
• Work closely with software engineers and turn requirements into wireframes, specifications, and user stories.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional team to ensure product quality and progress, and complete related product goals.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven experience as a product manager; Experience in the FinTech space would be highly advantageous.
• Prior experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
• Experience of API and Data Marketplace’s.
• Highly collaborative approach to product development with cross-functional delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Business acumen; a track record of delivering commercially viable products or services with a clear link to measurable company goals.
