    Finance Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Preparation and recording of accounting entries in the general ledger system-Accruals, Provisions, Amortizations.
    • Posting customer invoices when issued and corresponding payments as they occur.
    • Book vendor invoices and payments as they occur every month as well as Petty Cash transactions.
    • Posting expense transactions as they occur for the respective entities in line with reporting requirement.
    • Reconcile account balances to ensure they reflect correct positions for Vendors, customers, and General Ledger
    • Preparation of the Financial Statements in prescribed format and prepare the supporting schedules to the balances in the account.
    • Prepare monthly tax schedules and process same for payment and remittance to relevant tax authorities within stipulated filing time frame.
    • Ensure the integrity of the general ledger postings.
    • Liaise with regulatory and tax authorities with the view to promptly identifying any exposure and address them to avoid any liability.
    • Liaise with all external stakeholders with respect to any fiscal and regulatory matters and report on them timely.
    • Provide weekly update on all Finance, tax and Regulatory activities.
    • Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.
    • Manage external audit for the entities.
    • Support the budget preparation process.
    • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
    • Other duties consistent with the role as assigned from time-to-time.

    Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

    • First Degree in Finance/Accounting.
    • Recognized Accounting Professional Qualifications such as ACCA or any Local Accounting Certification is required for this role.
    • Minimum of 7 years working experience required.

    Solutions Architect

    Responsibilities

    • The Solutions Architect will develop and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements ascertained from working with multiple business units across the customer's organization
    • Contribute proactively to new service/product development
    • Ensure quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements
    • Provide technical and business consultative leadership throughout the technical life cycle of technical solutions
    • Manage and develop strategic partnerships with third-party suppliers and other internal stakeholders for Service providers, Cloud Aggregators or Managed Service Providers

    • Design service solutions for Enterprise customers in line with ITIL and/or industry best practices
    • Proven business development experience and familiarity with cloud services markets
    • Manage multi-faceted projects with diverse stakeholders across different continents. A track record of successful project management is important
    • Familiarity with international, regional, and local provider markets.

    Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Management, or related engineering field is preferred

    Customer Experience Officer

    Responsibilities

    • The Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for monitoring and reporting customer experience in accordance with Company’s Customer Experience Strategy.
    • Specifically, other responsibilities include:
    • Effective monitoring and reporting of customer performance and utilization.
    • Maintain regular customer engagement via calls, emails, and meetings.
    • Support the process for communicating scheduled outage/emergency activities to internal and external customer base on a timely basis, ensuring availability of accurate data for escalation.
    • Follow-up with customers on communication for scheduled maintenance/visits to avoid any breach in SLAs.
    • Assist the relevant teams in timely equipment retrieval from customer premises.
    • Track/monitor operational issues, follow up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems, and flag potential SLA breach.
    • Promptly review and reconcile outages or any breach in SLAs especially upon requests.
    • Schedule and execute customer service review meetings
    • Ensure up-to-date customer data across all systems by flagging non-uniformities and escalating, where necessary.
    • Support in the implementation of agreed SLA standards aimed at enhancing customer experience and promoting brand loyalty and awareness.
    • Track and report issues that may negatively impact overall customer experience daily and weekly.
    • Ensure 80% response rate to transactional CSI surveys.
    • Perform other tasks as may be required.

    • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or in a related field preferred.
    • At least 2 years post NYSC experience in a customer experience or customer support role.

    Data Center Facility/ BMS Engineer

    Responsibilities

    •  The Data Center Facility & BMS Engineer will be responsible for capacity planning and upgrade, ability to plan, and upgrade systems within the infrastructure.

    Other responsibilities will include;

    • Carrying out troubleshooting and diagnoses of failed critical equipment and determine root cause of equipment failure, take first-line corrective action to restore the equipment and ensure reliability improvement of same equipment.
    • Innovate, Implement, and practice energy savings and reduce the cost of operation.
    • Evaluate new products and technologies to ensure efficient and effective infrastructure delivery
    • Provide direction for the day to day operations and monitoring of the Data Center electrical & mechanical components such as CHILLERS, CRAC/CRAH VESDA & FM200, Access Control, CCTV, Water Leakage Detection etc.
    • Performing, supervising, scheduling Corrective Maintenance in the Data Centers and change management
    • Second level troubleshooting and resolution of Mechanical and Electrical related faults relating to Generators, Chillers, HPAC/CRAC units, secondary Pumps, Extractor fans, UPS, AVR etc.
    • Ensures preventative and predictive maintenance program is implemented and followed throughout with support vendors as planned
    • Maintain adequate records for undergoing operational audits both internal as well as external
    • Facility vendor/Contractor supervision.
    • Ensure proper and effective housekeeping within the facility
    • Ability to monitor the delivery of service especially by 3rd party vendors rendered to customers

    Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

    • Transferable experience of at least 4 years
    • The capability of creating, understanding and interpreting Single Line Diagrams with the view of resolving second level electrical issues.
    • Good Knowledge of BMS server, DCIM Server, NVR, CHILLERS, CRAH/CRAC, VESDA & FM200, Access Control, CCTV Systems, HVAC Systems, intrusion detection System
    • Excellent second level ability to troubleshoot Mechanical and Electrical systems faults within the DC infrastructure.
    • Good Technical Knowledge of various Electrical and Mechanical Distribution and sub systems
    • Capacity planning change management and ability to develop MOP for all change and plan upgrade within the infrastructure.
    • Strong team player
    • Strong organizational skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication & interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people and be a Good Team player.
    • Excellent logical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
    • B-Eng. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    • ITIL Certification and any relevant Facility Management/BMS/DCIM certification will be added advantage.
