    Job Summary

    Collection Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
    • Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships.
    • Track and monitor delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery.
    • Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
