Quality Assurance (QA) Intern at Liberty Assured

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Perform audits of procedures and processes to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards.
• Participate in testing products, services, or software to assess quality.
• Document and report quality assurance activities, identifying any areas of concern.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to understand the company’s quality control systems and guidelines.
• Assist in reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
• Help identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation of quality documentation and manuals.
• Coordinate with various teams to address quality issues and suggest solutions.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for learning and willingness to take on challenges.
