Provide specialist financial and commercial advice to the operational team, driving financial performance through commercially sound decision-making and analysis. Analyzing current and past financial data
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions i.e., analysis of sales/margins - volume, price, mix vs. forecast - identifying issues, recommending actions, measuring outcomes.
Forecast monthly cash flow based on revenue targets and approved expenditure plans.
Providing creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
Requirement:
BSc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field with cognate years of experience.
Assist in planning and executing internal audits, including operational, financial, and compliance audits across different departments and branches.
Perform audit testing and document audit procedures in accordance with audit programs.
Analyze business processes and identify control weaknesses, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
Prepare clear and concise audit documentation and reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
Follow up on previous audit findings and ensure corrective actions have been implemented.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of relevant audit or accounting experience; prior experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software.

Collaborating with HR teams to design and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives, fostering employee engagement and enhancing the employee experience.
Providing expertise and guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic related field. growth of a business.
Master's degree in human resource management or related field, required.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR Business Partner or similar role, demonstrating successful HR strategy development and implementation. HR Certifications is a must i.e., CIPM, PHR SPHR, etc. Experience in a transportation environment and have managed frontliners i.e., Delivery Officers & Technicians. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, employee engagement, and labor laws. Excellent Presentation, Communication, and Strong Leadership Skills.
