    Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the corporate event sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring alignment with event objectives and organizational goals.
    • Provide expert consultation to clients, offering tailored event solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
    • Identify and onboard high-quality vendors to expand the company’s vendor network.
    • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless event planning and execution.
    • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
    • Analyze event performance data and vendor feedback to optimize processes and improve outcomes.
    • Promote the company’s event services and vendor offerings through digital and physical marketing initiatives.
    • Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and professionally, maintaining strong partnerships.

    Qualifications

    • HND / BSc. Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in event planning and consulting or vendor management.
    • Deep understanding of the corporate event industry and vendor landscape.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and digital marketing platforms.
    • A creative and analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic insights.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
    • Oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable.
    • Manage income, expenditure records, and debt recovery.
    • Maintain records of clients, consultants, and commission payments.
    • Handle inventory valuation and vendor reconciliation.
    • Ensure statutory compliance (FIRS, LIRS, PAYE, pension, etc.).
    • Prepare tax returns and financial reports for decision-making.
    • Conduct audits to detect errors and prevent fraud.
    • Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.).

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting / finance.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

    Salary
    N180,000 Monthly.

    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Officer to support our real estate operations. 
    • This role involves managing office processes, assisting sales and property teams with documentation, and ensuring the smooth flow of day-to-day administrative activities. 
    • The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative support, with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of real estate operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of property listings, client documentation, and agreements.
    • Assist in preparing tenancy agreements, sales documents, and invoices.
    • Track property availability, lease expiration, and update internal databases.
    • Manage office supplies, handle procurement, and liaise with service providers.
    • Provide support during property inspections and client meetings.
    • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients and direct inquiries appropriately.
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and agents.
    • Support marketing and sales teams with admin-related tasks for property promotions.
    • Ensure timely filing and retrieval of company records both digitally and physically.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field.
    • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property-related roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Familiarity with real estate documentation and client handling is a strong advantage.
