    Specialist, Business Analysis

    Job Description

    • Create TCO models for Suppliers and IHS and create financial models. 
    • Develop optimization algorithms for various spending areas. 
    • Assist in structuring 3rd-party expenditures and spend management strategies. 
    • Drive spends analytics strategy, including data integrity, reporting, and process alignment. 
    • Utilize advanced analytics for commodity catalogs, price books and scenario modeling. 
    • Oversee procurement data solutions and ERP system integrations. 
    • Collaborate on the creation and implementation of product and service catalogs. 
    • Conduct value engineering on procurement requests. 
    • Prepare monthly reports and slide decks. 
    • Perform financial modeling. 
    • Review tender scopes for accuracy. 
    • Sign off awards to ensure that all calculations and capturing was done correctly. 
    • Review the financial viability of the vendors before award. 
    • Implement OTP calculations. 
    • Develop comprehensive catalogues that are electronic and searchable. 
    • Maintain and update price indexes and catalog databases. 
    • Standardize and streamline catalog practices. 
    • Identify opportunities for catalog utilization. 
    • Integrate catalogues into procure-to-pay processes. 
    • Analyze and report on catalog-related metrics. 
    • Create and implement variance reporting tools. 
    • Review all strategic suppliers' financial status annually. 
    • Track and validate negotiated savings. 
    • Support procurement performance assessment. 
    • Partner with Finance and business units to incorporate savings into budgets. 
    • Define overall and category-specific user system requirements. 
    • Evaluate and recommend system improvements. 
    • Drive change management and transitions. 
    • Develop and implement Supply Chain best practices, including KPI measurement and reporting automation. 
    • Convert business requirements to workable system solutions. 
    • Manage small- to medium-scale projects. 
    • Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives. 
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain categories to optimize opportunities. 
    • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Specialist

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Finance, Data science, AI or Value engineering. 
    • +3 years’ experience in analytics, business analysis, Data Science. 
    • Advanced proficiency in use of MS Excel, Access, SharePoint, and PowerPoint 
    • Experience with AX, Power BI, SAP, SQL, Business Objects and Tableau is desirable 
    • Knowledge of general trade spending, budget planning, forecasting and pricing execution. 
    • Knowledge and implementation experience with catalogue platforms and price indexes. 
    • Polygraph and psychometric tests prerequisite

    Senior Manager, Governance

    Job Description

    Due Diligence and Vendor Management: 

    Due Diligence: 

    • Ensure due diligence of potential suppliers and vendors to assess their reliability and adherence to legal and ethical standards. 

    Vendor Performance Metrics: 

    • Ensure and audit the vendor performance management process. 

    • Ensure scheduled meetings for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) review are conducted. 

    • Ensure the application of penalties or rewards as necessary based on performance metrics.  

    Financial Stewardship: 

    Financial Reporting and Calculations: 

    • Ensure the accuracy and the compilation and analysis of intricate financial reports related to procurement activities. 

    • Ensure accurate financial calculations, including cost analyses, budget variances, and financial forecasting. 

    Contractual Affairs: 

    Contract Creation: 

    • Ensure contractual documents are in place timeously as required and that comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. 

    • Ensure that the contracts: 

    Governance Framework: 

    • Formulate, implement, and monitor a robust governance framework in alignment with internal standards and external regulations for all procurement/supply chain policies and SOPs 

    Policy and Procedure Development: 

    • Lead the creation, monitoring, and enforcement of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance across all procurement activities. 

    Regulatory Compliance: 

    • Ensure full alignment of procurement activities with federal, state, and organizational laws and regulations, including CIPS guidelines and SOX. 

    Custodian of Governance: 

    • Serve as the ultimate point of accountability for all governance-related matters. 
    • Maintain an up to date RFx (Request for Proposal/Quotation/Information) register. 

    Compliance and Auditing: 

    • Will be responsible for all Audit and Forensic interactions, providing all supporting evidence as and when required. 

    Tender timeline management 

    • Ensure and is responsible that tenders are executed as per agreed SLAs with the internal business. Identifying, escalating, and removing obstacles as they are identified. 

    SOP Adherence: 

    • Ensure that all procurement processes strictly adhere to the Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 

    Auditing: 

    Oversee and conduct continuous auditing of the procurement team's work to ensure alignment with SOPs. 

    Vendor Documentation: 

    • Ensure that all diligence documents and vendor-based documents are complete and in compliance. 
    • No award will be done without sign off by yourself and the associate director. 

    Engagement Oversight: 

    • Oversee all engagements with external vendors for tender processes, ensuring correctness and adherence to procedures. 

    SOP Development: 

    • Contribute to the creation of new SOPs and facilitate digital innovation in procurement processes. 
    • Any other requirements the Associate director may have. 

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate should have a background as a Lawyer, forensic auditor, auditor, or chartered accountant. 
    • Experience in procurement, compliance, and governance roles. 
    • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement. 
    • Exceptional attention to detail and auditing skills. 
    • 10 years’ relevant experience 
    • This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of governance and compliance within the Procurement department. The Governance and Compliance Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding ethical and legal standards while optimizing procurement processes. 
    • Polygraph and psychometric testing a prerequisite.
