    Head of Strategy

    Job Summary

    • The Head, Strategy, will lead the articulation and execution of the organisation’s strategic plans, ensure alignment across functions, facilitate workshops and reviews, conduct market research, manage strategic projects, and oversee performance reporting.
    • He/She will lead the strategy team to support data-driven decision-making, and drive business growth and operational excellence.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead development and alignment of short- and long-term strategic plans.
    • Facilitate functional strategy planning and execution monitoring sessions.
    • Organize workshops and business reviews to track strategy implementation.
    • Conduct market intelligence and competitor research for strategic decisions.
    • Support opportunity identification, partnerships, and growth planning.
    • Manage strategic projects, programs, and portfolios using PMO best practices.
    • Track performance, produce reports for the Executive Committee and Board.
    • Provide leadership to the strategy team and foster a performance culture.
    • Enable data-driven decision-making tools, dashboards, and governance.
    • Serve as strategic advisor to management and ensure stakeholder alignment.

    Ideal Candidate Expertise

    • Minimum of 15years' experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning roles.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field
    • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
    • Proven track record in facilitating cross-functional strategy execution
    • Experience leading business growth and expansion across geographical borders
    • Minimum of 40 years of age

    Revenue Assurance Manager

    Description

    • This role reports to the Head of Finance or General Manager.
    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Assurance Manager to ensure accurate and complete revenue capture across our cinema and quick service restaurant operations.
    • The ideal candidate will have experience in financial control, POS data analysis, and retail or hospitality revenue systems.
    • This role plays a key part in identifying revenue leakages, improving processes, and safeguarding company earnings.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and reconcile daily sales from all cinemas and QSR outlets (tickets, food, beverages, merchandise).
    • Investigate discrepancies between POS records, inventory, and actual bank deposits.
    • Analyze promotions, discounts, and voucher redemptions to ensure proper usage and system configuration.
    • Conduct routine audits on cash handling, ticketing, and food sales processes.
    • Collaborate with operations and IT to fix pricing errors, system glitches, and reporting gaps.
    • Track inventory against sales to identify losses from theft, waste, or fraud.
    • Develop and enforce internal control procedures for revenue assurance.
    • Generate periodic reports and dashboards showing revenue trends, leakages, and resolution status.
    • Train staff on accurate transaction recording, system use, and compliance with revenue procedures.
    • Assist in implementing automated tools and reports to strengthen revenue assurance efforts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3 - 6 years experience in revenue assurance, financial audit, internal control, or similar roles.
    • Previous experience in hospitality, QSR, cinema, or retail environments is a strong advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of POS systems, reconciliations, and inventory management.
    • High attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with operations, finance, and IT teams.
    • Proficient in Excel; experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus

    Trade Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement integrated channel marketing programs (Hospital, Wholesale, Retail, Online).
    • Lead B2B engagement and drive product activations across physical and digital trade channels.

    Job Summary

    • This role reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer.
    • We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of Finance to lead financial operations for a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business.
    • This role oversees financial strategy, planning, risk management, reporting, and compliance across multi-outlet operations.
    • The ideal candidate brings a solid finance background, strong leadership skills, and direct experience in the QSR or food service industry.

    Responsibilites

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    • Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support operational decisions
    • Monitor outlet performance, margins, and cost controls
    • Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance
    • Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
    • Present reports to executive leadership and the board.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) required
    • 15+ years post-qualification experience, with at least 3–5 years in a QSR or retail environment
    • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
    • Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
