    QC Analysts

    Job Summary

    • The QC Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet the required quality standards before they are released for distribution.
    • This role involves conducting various tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company specifications.

    Key Responsibilities
    Testing and Analysis:

    • Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using established analytical methods.
    • Perform stability testing and evaluate results to ensure product quality over time.

    Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of all testing procedures, results, and observations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and review Quality Control documentation, including test reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    Equipment Calibration and Maintenance:

    • Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to established protocols.
    • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs as necessary.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all testing procedures.
    • Participate in internal audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and research and development, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide technical support during investigations of out-of-specification (OOS) results.

    Qualifications

    • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
    • Experience: Previous experience in a quality control laboratory within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in laboratory techniques (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectroscopy).
      • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Proficient in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Working Conditions

    • The position may require working in a laboratory environment with exposure to chemicals and biological materials. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times.

    Properties Supervisor

    Specifiic Responsibilities

    • Finding and screening tenants. Addressing tenant concerns and handling communication.
    • Enforcing lease agreements and dealing with lease violations.
    • Coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs. Regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets safety and habitability standards.
    • Setting and adjusting rent prices. Collecting rent payments from tenants. Enforcing late payment policies.
    • Creating and managing budgets for the property. Keeping financial records and providing reports to property owners.
    • Conducting property showings for prospective tenants.
    • Ensuring the property complies with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Handling legal issues, such as evictions, in compliance with relevant laws.
    • Securing insurance for the property.
    • Drafting and negotiating lease agreements. Renewing or terminating leases as needed.
    • Building positive relationships with local community members. Interacting with stakeholders, such as homeowner associations or business tenants.

    Qualifications
    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Business or any related field
    • Certificate programs in real estate or property management
    • Industry-recognized certifications
    • 3 - 5 years experience in similar role.

    Required Competencies, knowledge and Skills:

    • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management to ensure the property's profitability.
    • Understanding of financial reports and analysis.
    • Ability to handle legal aspects of lease agreements, evictions, and compliance issues.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues, tenant concerns, and other challenges.
    • Ability to make informed decisions in atimely manner
    • Proficiency in property management software and tools for tasks such as rent collection, lease management, and financial tracking.
    • Leadership skills to oversee property management teams or coordinate with vendors and contractors.
    • Adherence to ethical standards in all dealings with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders.
