Responsibilities

• Researching and developing marketing plans and opportunities
• Establishing, promoting and maintaining company's brand to generate leads
• Assisting the Branch Manager in the formulation of the sales proposition, project brief and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information
• Planning and overseeing advertising and promotion activities
• Formulating, organizing and developing marketing activities by identifying property trend and new market opportunities
• Establishing marketing goals to ensure profitability
• Overseeing day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
• Collaborating with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
• Cultivating and deepening client relationships and partnerships that add value

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Must reside in Abuja
• Must possess good knowledge of the Real Estate market in Abuja
• Excellent persuasion, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet targets as and when due
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• The ability to work under pressure

Duties

• Site supervisions
• Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
• Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
• Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
• Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
• Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
• Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
• Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
• Administer contracts and manage projects.
• Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
• Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.

Requirements

• HND or Bsc in Structural / Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years work experience
• Computer aided design ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High affinity for learning
