    Facility Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Facility Management:Oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and overall operational condition of the facility. Ensure that the premises are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
    • Vendor Management:Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Ensure services are executed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
    • Compliance and Safety:Ensure the facility complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards. Implement and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Administrative Support:Handle administrative tasks related to facility operations, including but not limited to, preparing reports, managing facility-related budgets, and maintaining records of maintenance and repairs.
    • Project Management:Plan and oversee facility-related projects, including renovations, refurbishments, and space planning, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Emergency Planning:Develop and implement emergency procedures and evacuation plans. Ensure all staff are familiar with safety protocols and conduct regular drills.
    • Team Leadership:Lead, manage, and develop the facility management team. Foster a positive work environment and ensure staff are well-trained and motivated.
    • Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facility-related inquiries and issues. Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.

    Senior Accountant / Finance Manager

    Responsibilities 

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
      • Month and end-year process
      • Accounts payable/receivable
      • Cash receipts
      • General ledger
      • Payroll and utilities
      • Treasury, budgeting
      • Cash forecasting
      • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
      • Capital assets reconciliations
      • Trust account statement reconciliations,
      • Check runs
      • Fixed asset activity
      • Debt activity
    • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
    • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

    Courier Operations Manager (Female)

    Job Roles

    • Inspect goods to be delivered to ensure that they are of the right quantity and quality. Supervise the loading of such goods into vehicles for delivery.
    • Responsible for negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring that service levels meet the company’s standards.

    • Give vivid directions and guidelines to shipping agents about the nature of goods and delivery locations and maintain communication with them to ensure that goods are not damaged on transit.
    • Prepare invoice for orders and deliveries as part of record keeping measures and evidence of transaction.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency by implementing new technologies, optimizing routes, or redesigning workflows.
    • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize domestic transportation.
    • Ensure that workers adhere to industry standards in dealing with clients, to promote rule of law and avoid practices such as smuggling and overloading to avoid accidents which could lead to loss of lives and properties.
    • Keep records of all shipping activities, documenting procedures, guidelines, and changes in procedures for reference purposes.
    • To be effective, you are required to be knowledgeable in customs operations and international laws to be able to handle international transactions successfully and prevent issues that may hinder successful deliveries.
    • Courier Experience is Mandatory.
