Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. After Effects) Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Creative eye for composition, color, and sound design Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and quality control
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with real estate marketing or property showcase videos (added advantage)
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
2-4 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or media production
Experience with motion graphics, drone footage editing, and video color grading is a plus Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design is an advantage
