    Video Editor

    Key Skills

    • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro. After Effects) Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
    • Creative eye for composition, color, and sound design Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and quality control
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Familiarity with real estate marketing or property showcase videos (added advantage)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Production, Mass Communication, or a related field
    • 2-4 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in real estate or media production
    • Experience with motion graphics, drone footage editing, and video color grading is a plus Basic knowledge of photography and graphic design is an advantage
