Proactively hunt and close new sales opportunities, deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate deals to hit targets, and nurture strong, lasting customer relationships while maintaining accurate records and staying sharp on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years proven sales experience in FMCG (water/beverages preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage competing priorities & meet tight deadlines
Drive sales growth by hitting targets, expanding market share, spotting new opportunities, and tracking trends/competitors, while leading and developing the sales team, building strong customer/distributor relationships, managing orders-to-payments, and collaborating across departments.
