    Pharmacy Technician

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) year’s proven experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy practice.
    • National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Technology.
    • Valid registration and practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
    • Strong knowledge of drug regulations, prescription handling & pharmaceutical ethics.
    • Excellent attention to detail, record keeping, and inventory management skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with pharmacists and healthcare staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist the pharmacist in preparing, packaging, and dispensing medications accurately.
    • Maintain proper inventory of drugs and medical supplies; monitor stock levels and report shortages.
    • Ensure safe storage, labeling, and handling of pharmaceutical products.
    • Provide guidance to patients on medication usage under the supervision of the pharmacist.
    • Maintain accurate patient medication records in compliance with regulatory standards.

    Registered Nurse

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of three (3) years’ clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital
    • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
    • Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), or First Aid are an advantage.
    • Strong patient care, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff.
    • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and respond promptly to medical emergencies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide quality nursing care, including administering medications, injections, and IV therapy.
    • Monitor, assess, and document patients’ health conditions accurately.
    • Support doctors in minor procedures, wound care, and patient stabilization.
    • Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
    • Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing ethics.
    • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow hospital protocols for patient safety.
    • Participate in infection control, health promotion, and wellness programs within the hotel.

    Laboratory Scientist

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory setting.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
    • Valid practicing license and registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
    • Proficiency in carrying out hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and immunology tests.
    • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, quality assurance, and diagnostic protocols.
    • Good computer literacy for handling lab equipment software and report generation.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in test result interpretation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct diagnostic tests such as blood counts, urinalysis, culture tests, and chemical analysis.
    • Prepare and analyze biological samples to support accurate patient diagnosis.
    • Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
    • Document and communicate test results clearly to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
    • Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety procedures and infection control standards.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of laboratory investigations and patient reports.
    • Participate in quality control programs and support continuous process improvement.

    Medical Records Officer

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in medical records management, preferably in a hospital or clinical environment.
    • National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or related field.
    • Valid practicing license with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria (HRORBN).
    • Proficiency in medical records software, electronic health systems (EHR), and database management.
    • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare staff.
    • Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage sensitive information with discretion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete patient medical records in both physical and electronic formats.
    • Retrieve and file patient records efficiently to support medical consultations and treatments.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
    • Support medical staff with timely access to patient records and health information.
    • Generate health information reports and statistics for internal use and regulatory compliance.
    • May also double as the Physician’s Assistant the when need arises.
    • Monitor and update patient admission, discharge, and transfer records.
    • Participate in quality assurance, audits, and record-keeping improvements within the medical unit.
