    Quantity Surveyor

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
    • Minimum Of 5 years' proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
    • Must possess relevant professional certification and be a registered member of a recognized professional body (eg„ NIQS,QSRBN).
    • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and project cost control.
    • Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), valuations, cost reports, and tender documentation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveyingsoft-w'are.
    • Must reside in Lagos State, with candidates living on the Island axis or in close proximity to the Island strongly preferred.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities for construction projects.
    • Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management
    • Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and payment applications.
    • Assist in procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contract administration.
    • Conduct cost analysis and recon-Imend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual Obligations and industry standards.
    • Support project teams with financial and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation.

    Infrastructure Engineer

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
    • Minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in infrastructure engineering projects.
    • COREN certification is mandatory.
    • Proven experience in the planning, design, execution, and supervision of infrastructure projects.
    • Sound knowledge of roadworks, drainage systems, water supply networks, utilities, and other civil infrastructure works.
    • Proficiency in engineering design and project management software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of engineering standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
    • Must be willing to work and reside in Abuja.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, design, and supervise the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, water systems, and other civil works.
    • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations.
    • Prepare engineering designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and project reports.
    • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and budgets. coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders.
    • Identify and resolve technical challenges during project execution.
    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide technical support and recommendations for infrastructure development and improvement initiatives.

    Document Controller

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3—5 years' experience in document control (construction, engineering, or corporate environment).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
    • Strong proficiency in SharePoint (or similar EDMS), MS Excel, and MS Word.
    • Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 documentation standards.
    • High attention to detail and strong accuracy in documentation handling.
    • Assertive communication skills with ability to enforce standards.
    • Strong integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage SharePoint EDMS, including folder structure, access control, and document flow.
    • Maintain version control, revision tracking, and proper archiving of records.
    • Update and manage the Master Document Register (MDR).
    • Prepare and track transmittals, submittals, and RFIs.
    • Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance across all documentation.
    • Control document distribution and authorization access.
    • Maintain templates and documentation standards across departments.
    • Generate reports on document status and compliance.
    • Manage archiving of project and corporate records.
    • Act as documentation liaison across teams, clients, and. consultants

    QA/QC Engineering

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the construction industry.
    • COREN certification is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, construction standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience in conducting inspections, audits, testing, and quality compliance reviews on construction projects.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation/reporting tools.
    • Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must be willing to reside and work in Abuja.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, implement, and maintain project quality assurance and quality control procedures. conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
    • Review material submissions, test results, inspection reports, and quality records.
    • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and quality activities.
    • Liaise with project teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities on quality-related matters.
    • Ensure all construction works comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality and performance.
