    Sales / Marketing Officer

    Job Responsibilites

    • Register our organization as a vendor to International and indigenous oil & gas companies, Telcom, and construction companies.
    • Interface with NAPIMS/NUIS, DPR/NUPRC, NIPEX, NCDMB, etc.
    • Acquire new projects/contracts and bidsto meet and possibly exceed targets.
    • Assist the tendering process - from bidding, attending pre-tender meetings, submissions, and signing contract papers.
    • Increase the turnover of the organization and generate significant income, to an agreed periodic target.
    • Develop winning proposals for clients and follow up to close business deals.
    • Participate in the sales process – develop, negotiate, and close out contracts and hand over new jobs to the operations team for execution.
    • Research and analyze new business opportunities by developing and leveraging on both new and existing relationships.
    • Assist in managing corporate relationships and partnerships with clients, contractors, and business partners.
    • Carry out other tasks reasonably assigned by the management.

    Job Qualifications

    •  Interested candidates should possess a BSc / HND in any relevant field with 2-5 years work experience.

    Professional Trainer (Lagos)

    Description 

    • Train students on forklift theory, mobilize students, and supervisethe  forklift practical section.
    • Train and facilitate classroom, outdoor, and online training on the following course categories based on your area of expertise:
      • Category 1: Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE) courses
      • Category 2: Oil & Gas courses
      • Category 3: Human Resource, Leadership, Management & Administrative courses
      • Category 4: ISO Internal & Lead Auditors courses
    • Assist in coordinating training & Certification unit, delivers and facilitates training and skill development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives and brand essence. Training sessions will include classroom, online training and demonstrative (hands-on) curriculum.
    • Assist in marking exams scripts and submit score to exams & Records
    • In your own capacity assist in marketing of our services both corporate and individuals to meet company's monthly set target.
    • The position will require candidates to have the flexibility to sometimes travel to other centers or operational base for outdoor training.
    • Develop new course materials (manuals & PPT Slides) for course(s) that do not have course material yet.
    • Assist in HSE related duties such as HSE induction for new staff, toolbox meeting attendance etc.
    • Perform any other task that may be assigned by the Training and Certification Coordinator
    • Cary out any other task that may be assigned by the management.

    Office Admin / Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Perform an administrative and clerical function such as Word processing and typing, Sorting and filing, Photocopy, printing, scanning, Record keeping, Appointment scheduling, and Book-keeping.
    • Register students/clients for both online and classroom training, receive cash payment on behalf of the company and confirm transfer payments, ensure that the students are duly registered on INVEX software, student database and manual record is kept.
    • Provide hospitality for students/client including arranging and purchasing meals and refreshments where required.
    • Coordinate our online students and their training activities, ensure the good customer experience.
    • Liaise with the Training and Certification Administrator to collate names of registered and trained students.
    • Send names of successfully trained students to the headquarter for processing of certificate and issue successfully cleared certificate to the students on behalf of the management.
    • Manage the day-to day administrative operations of Warri office.
    • Receive walk in customers or prospects and attend to them, accordingly, receive calls from customers and attend to their inquiries or complaints.
    • Search for new customers using LinkedIn and other social media platforms, send proposals to prospects and follow up proposals till sales is closed out.
    • Use telemarking, email marketing and other sales tools to follow up prospects, convert leads generated from google, social media and other paid advert to sales.
    • Receive customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Respond to social media chats in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Regularly post jobs on Deslog Job Platform (Salvajob.com).
    • Create and maintain office filling system both electronic and manual and ensure proper document control.
    • Maintain inventory of the office, manage office facilities, maintain office supplies and equipment; arrange for necessary repairs and place orders when necessary.
    • Communicate effectively and timely to students on issues related to training and certification.
    • Print and package training manuals/course materials and examination script and issue them to students/clients at appropriate time.
    • Access customer needs and explain services, products, processes, procedures, and guidelines ensuring satisfactory customer experience.
    • Check company emails, reply to company emails and transfer emails to the appropriate sources where required.
    • Assist in marketing of our services both corporate and individuals to meet company monthly set target.
    • Perform any other task that may be assigned to you by the Admin/Human Resources Manager.
    • Cary out any other task that may be assigned to you by the management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / BSc with 2 - 5 years experience.
