    Network Operations Specialist

    Job Summary:

    The Network Operations Specialist is responsible for the daily performance and availability of the organisation’s Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN & WAN). Analyse the network and recommend upgrades/changes; assess the organisation's current and future network needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and maintain network installation, circuit integration, network equipment maintenance, and operations.
    • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network issues.
    • Monitoring network performance to identify potential problems and help ensure high-performance levels.
    • Prepare a monthly network availability report.
    • Maintaining the network infrastructure by troubleshooting problems with the Firewall, routers, switches, wireless controller, firewall, wireless access-point, radius server, etc.
    • Create BOM for new, faulty and EOL network devices.
    • Implement software upgrades or patches on network-related devices.
    • Maintaining records of network activity, such as logs of user activity or system performance metrics
    • Facilitate Change Management requests and execution according to SOP or MOP.
    • Ensure network documentation is up to date.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, or a related field.  
    • Minimum 3 - 6 years of working experience in the same or related position. Cisco and Networking certifications; CCNP, Fortinet NSE4 & Palo-Alto PCNSE
    • Experience working with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, IPsec, DMVPN, GRE, VXLAN, VRRP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
    • Proficient in leading networking technologies, software-defined WAN (SD-WAN), Wi-Fi 7, and network automation.
    • Proficient in Unified Threat Management (UTM) Solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Executive Assistant / HR Analyst

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office. The EA will manage the Executive's schedule, communications, and meeting coordination while also assisting in various HR processes, projects, and initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities

    Assistant General Manager, HAM & Admin

    Job Summary

    The Assistant General Manager, HAM & Admin will be accountable for providing full HR support to a key business unit. The responsibilities of this role will be to provide strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the managers and staff; acting as the point of contact for the leaders; and being an active member of one or more leadership teams. The successful candidate will have responsibilities covering a broad spectrum of HR activities such as employee relations, diversity, advice related to policies/processes and career development.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Report to Head HR and provide decision support through HR metrics.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Coordinate HR activities for the HAM & Admin department.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
    • Issues disciplinary forms Conveys approved disciplinary action to all junior Staff. 
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures Within the Business Unit.
    • Reviews recommended disciplinary actions from HODs and recommends to the Head, HAM & Admin.
    •  Ensure legal compliance with the company Code of Conduct as well as in the external legal context throughout human resource management.
    • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
    • Ensure process improvement for all HR function.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration and any Social Science and Management related courses
    •  Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and other relevant professional body is required.
    • At Least 15 years of progressive work experience in this position in a reputable organization.
    • Team building, conflict resolution and high emotional intelligence skills.
    • Open and flexible to changes in priorities and timelines with good listening skills.
    • Good problem solving and decision-making abilities.

    HEMM/HEMV/Dozer/Dumper Truck Operator

    • Operate HEMVs in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, adhering to all traffic rules, company policies, and external regulations.
    • Conduct pre- and post-operational checks on vehicles/HEMV; report malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
    • Remain calm and focused in high-stress driving situations (e.g., traffic, adverse weather).
    • Move materials/products to designated locations using HEMV as required.
    • Map driving routes in advance to optimize trip expediency and fuel efficiency.
    • Monitor and document fuel consumption, ensuring accountability.
    • Maintain accurate logs for all trips, vehicle operations, and material movements in logbooks.
    • Complete regular checklists and report incidents, hazards, or operational issues promptly.
    • Schedule and coordinate regular vehicle/HEMV servicing, addressing mechanical issues proactively.
    • Perform routine cleaning of vehicles/HEMV (interior/exterior) and assist in basic maintenance tasks.
    • Participate in safety training programs and adhere to all operational guidelines for HEMV and standard vehicles.
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    Requirements

    • Valid Class H driving license
    • SSCE or equivalent + 8 years’ experience
    • Trade test II + 16 years’ experience
    • National diploma (ND)
    • Trade test I + 8 years’ experience
    • A high level of patience and carefulness
    • Good communication skill
