The role is focused on managing Dangote Cement's greenhouse gas emissions (GHG). The Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and forecasting to ensure compliance with regulations, developing and implementing carbon reduction strategies, and preparing sustainability reports.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritise climate action strategies, specifically carbon emissions reduction, including energy efficiency enhancements, adoption of renewable energy sources, and implementation of carbon offsetting initiatives.
