    Job Summary

    • Driving company vehicles for official assignment.
    • Ensure faults are reported and repairs carried out.
    • Convey staff, guests and goods to different locations.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure daily checks of level of engine oil, water and other lubricants.
    • Ensure that vehicles are driven with spare tyre jack, wheel spanners, c-caution, fire extinguishers, etc.
    • Ensure that vehicles’ particulars are current.
    • Washing and cleaning vehicles.
    • Ensure that vehicles are road worthy.

    Key Requirements

    • Education and Work Experience: FSLC & SSCE & Driver’s License Class E with 10 years’ experience.

    Head, Stores

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head, Stores to lead and oversee all stores and inventory management operations at Gboko Plant.
    • This role is responsible for directing the Store Managers in Receiving, Issuing, Inventory Control, and Mines Stores functions to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of materials, spare parts, and consumables in line with Dangote Cement policies, HSE standards, and stores procedures.
    • The Head, Stores will drive policy enforcement, process improvement, and team development to support uninterrupted plant and mining operations, optimize costs, and safeguard assets..

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination for Store Managers in Receiving, Issuing, Inventory Management, and Mines Stores.
    • Ensure strict compliance with inventory control policies, documentation standards, and HSE requirements across all stores functions.
    • Develop and implement robust stores procedures for receiving, issuing, inventory reconciliation, and asset protection.
    • Monitor and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce stock losses, obsolete inventory, and inefficiencies.
    • Oversee timely and accurate posting of receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in ERP/WMS systems.
    • Coordinate cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes with internal and external auditors.
    • Present monthly inventory reports, ageing analysis, and shrinkage summaries to senior management and finance teams.
    • Train, mentor, and manage stores staff, fostering a culture of discipline, accountability, and teamwork.
    • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, maintenance, and mining to ensure material availability and resolve discrepancies.
    • Maintain clean, secure, and organized stores environments and documentation systems.

    Requirements
    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelor`s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Purchasing, Engineering or related field.
    • 15+years’ experience in warehouse/stores receiving operations in heavy industry, manufacturing or cement sector; 3+ years in a

    Managerial role preferred.

    • CIPS, CIPSMN, APICS, SCMP, CILT or equivalent
    • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (experience with SAP or Oracle is advantage).

    Skills And Competencies:

    • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline
    • Sound HSE awareness and practical application of safety rules.
    • Basic technical understanding of material specification and handling requirements.
    • Leadership, people management and coaching skills.
    • Good interpersonal, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inbound activities.
