The Mission

Cyforce Security Ltd is expanding its premier unit. We are seeking 10 disciplined, proactive, and discreet professionals to join the Cyforce Elite Squad (CES). This squad is responsible for the personal safety of assigned principals, their families, and the security of high-end corporate and private venues.

Key Responsibilities & Core Skills

• Conflict Resolution: Expertly de-escalate tense situations and handle disruptive individuals with a firm, professional demeanor.
• Firefighting skills & Emergency Response: Act as a first responder in fire emergencies and medical crises, following established safety SOPs.
• Close Protection: Execute comprehensive protective services (static, residential, and mobile) for assigned principals.
• Tactical Operations: Adhere to customized security protocols, including defensive driving and evasive maneuvers in case of emergencies.
• Intelligence & Risk Assessment: Conduct proactive Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA) and meticulous advance work for all movements and environments.
• Technology Integration: Utilize modern security systems, including CCTV, access control, and secure communication devices.

Required Profile & Qualifications

We are recruiting only the highest caliber security professionals. Candidates must meet the following:

• Minimum Education: SSCE with at least 5 credits, including English and Mathematics. (Must be able to read and write fluently).
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit, macho, and big-bodied with an imposing presence.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of verifiable experience in military special forces, elite law enforcement, or private Close Protection roles.
• Licensing: A valid Close Protection/Bodyguard or SIA license is a major added advantage.
• Essential Skills: Demonstrated expertise in defensive tactics, situational awareness, and emergency medical response.
• Professionalism: Impeccable history, polished appearance, and absolute discretion.

• We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Security Supervisor to play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our people and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervisory Leadership: Directly supervise, coordinate, and direct the daily operations of the security guard team. This includes scheduling, deployment, and performance management.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate security personnel to ensure adherence to all protocols, professional standards, and effective execution of duties.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure all security posts are staffed, patrols are conducted effectively, and equipment is in good working order.
• Incident Management: Act as the first point of escalation for all security incidents, emergencies, and disturbances. Document and manage all reporting related to incidents thoroughly and accurately.
• Compliance & Protocol: Ensure all security guards are consistently following established policies, procedures, and safety regulations to protect personnel, assets, and facilities.
• Direct Reporting: Serve as the primary security liaison, reporting directly to the Chief Security Officer (CSO) with daily operational updates, incident summaries, and strategic recommendations.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and incident response.

Job Brief:

• We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and passionate Security Guard to join our dedicated team. The primary goal of this role is to ensure a safe and secure environment by undertaking vigilant surveillance of our premises and providing protection for our staff, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing key security functions, including:
• Patrol & Inspection: Regularly inspect and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and exits.
• Access Control: Authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to established protocols.
• Surveillance Operations: Conduct CCTV surveillance when assigned to monitor activity and identify potential risks.
• Incident Response: Respond immediately and appropriately to all alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Promptly report any suspicious behavior or happenings through walkie-talkie communication or direct contact, and maintain accurate daily activity reports of all surveillance and incidents.
• Emergency Preparedness: Secure all exits, doors, and windows at designated times to maintain a secure perimeter.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar protective role.
• Education: Completion of SSCE or a Diploma is required.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability in outstanding surveillance and observation, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge: A strong understanding of general guidelines for area security and public safety procedures.
• Technology: Basic computer literacy is essential for reporting and monitoring duties.
• Personal Attributes: Must be neat, professional, and of good appearance.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be a reliable team player.
