    Business Development Executive

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across Asaba and South South Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • ‌Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and communities to drive market expansion.
    • ‌Conduct market research to understand customer needs, energy trends, and competitive activities.
    • ‌Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate Solar Africa’s value proposition.
    • ‌Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • ‌Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate reports, and provide feedback to the Sales Manager on performance.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • ‌B.Sc. in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related fields.
    • ‌Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client management.
    • ‌Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • ‌Certification in Digital Marketing or Media is an added advantage.

    Work Structure & Compensation:

    • ‌Hybrid schedule: 3 days each weekly (in office and field).
    • ‌Monthly Salary: ₦135,000.

    After-Sales Engineer

    Role Overview

    • This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about renewable energy and eager to gain hands-on experience in technical support and customer service.
    • As part of our after-sales team, you will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing existing solar energy systems to ensure maximum performance and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding solar system performance and maintenance.
    • Diagnose and resolve faults or performance issues in installed solar systems.
    • Conduct system checks, preventive maintenance, and performance assessments.
    • Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports after each customer visit or support call.
    • Support customer training on product use, maintenance, and safe operating practices.
    • Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to service delivery.
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, spare parts usage, and customer interactions.
    • Participate in technical training sessions to improve product knowledge and field competence.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
    • Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy systems is an advantage.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with willingness to work in the field.
