    Android Developer

    Description

    We are looking for an Android Developer for our trusted partner, a well-established IT consulting and software development company in silicon valley. This is a remote position open to candidates from all over the world.

    This Android app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

    The position requires at least 3 years of Android Development experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar. The salary range is between $50,000 to $60,000.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

    • Work with outside data sources and APIs

    • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

    • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

    • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

    Requirements

    • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

    • Proven software development experience and Android skills development

    • Proven working experience in Android app development and

    • Have published at least one original Android app

    • Experience with Android SDK

    • Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

    • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

    • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

    • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

    We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our trusted partner, a well-established advertising company in the US that is looking to build a team in the Europe timezone. This is a remote position available worldwide.

    Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

    We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team and play a very important role in the overall company's success by overseeing the entire order lifecycle. This includes taking new orders, gathering their customers’ requirements, and attending to their enquiries. The preferred Customer support specialist will be responsible for collecting and delivering precise information from the customer to our team members that are responsible for the completion of the project. This requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and time constraint while ensuring excellent customer service.

    As a Customer Support Specialist, your role will include:

    • Liaise with other departments within the company as required in order to ensure accurate responses are provided to both customers and team members.
    • Ensure any required actions are quickly and accurately taken relating to the nature of the correspondence.
    • Ensure all required systems are kept updated with details of the customer’s correspondence, such as the input of new order information, and payment arrangements are executed properly and accurately communicated to the finance team.
    • Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, chat, and email communication with customers, and team members who manage the order completion process.

    Operations Manager

    Description

    We are looking for a Operations Manager for our trusted partner, a well-established advertising company in the US that is looking to build a team in the Europe timezone. This is a remote position available worldwide.

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Plans and oversees strategic, operational, and administrative programs, projects, and/or services of broad significance to the organization within the designated functional area of focus.
    • Establishes and implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.
    • Provides strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of focus.
    • Provides professional consultation and leadership to all faculty and staff employed by the component and service as the principal point expertise on all matters relating to the specified functional area of focus.
    • Analyzes, designs, documents, and implements internal reporting systems and procedures for the organization or business entity, within specified functional area of operation, as applicable to the specified functional area of focus.
    • Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the organization and its components regarding the nature and application operating policies and procedures.
    • Manages and/or provides day-to-day leadership to various technical, professional, and/or administrative personnel engaged in specified project activities, as appropriate to the position.
    • May represent the organization to governmental agencies, funding agencies, national organizations, and/or the general public; may represent the principal executive at various community and/or business meetings, as assigned.
    • May serve as Campus Security Authority as outlined by the Clery Act.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience, skills and qualification:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Management or any equivalent/related courses. A Master’s degree is preferable.
    • At least 4 years of Operations Management experience – preferably of a startup
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating and working with corporate departments and operation teams
    • Executive presence— polished, professional, and able to communicate with all levels of employees and executives.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels.
    • Proficient in the use of project management software (Preferably Click-Up).
    • Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Problem solver - can identify the problem quickly and find a solution
    • Data-Driven Decision making - quick and apt decision-making is expected
