    Payroll Expert

    ABOUT THE JOB

    The Payroll Associate is responsible for supporting the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee payroll across the organization. The role ensures payroll transactions, statutory remittances, reporting, and related financial activities are executed in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards. The Payroll Associate collaborates with internal stakeholders, external partners, and statutory agencies to maintain payroll integrity, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process monthly payroll activities including salaries, allowances, deductions, loans, and statutory contributions.
    • Ensure timely and accurate salary payments to all employees.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly payroll variance reports.
    • Post payroll accruals and actuals accurately within established timelines.
    • Conduct monthly payroll validation checks, including negative net pay reviews and payroll reconciliations.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and remittances including PAYE, Pension, NHF, ITF, and NSITF.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documentation and responding to audit queries.
    • Coordinate with plant locations, HR teams, and Finance teams on payroll-related matters.
    • Liaise with banking partners on employee scheme loans and amortization schedules.
    • Support time and attendance compliance in partnership with HR Business Partners and location managers.
    • Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery and employee satisfaction in responding to payroll-related enquiries.
    • Support the Rewards team with other compensation and benefits activities as assigned.

    IS THIS YOU?

    • HND or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in Payroll Administration, Accounting, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field.
    • Experience within the FMCG industry is an added advantage.
    • Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
    • Good understanding of Nigerian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
    • Experience in payroll reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
    • Familiarity with payroll controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
    • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

    Marketing Execution Lead - Key Accounts Channel

    ABOUT THE JOB

    The Marketing Execution Lead – Key Accounts (KAs) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of channel-specific marketing plans across Modern Trade and Key Account customers in Nigeria. (Supermarkets, QSR, PFM). This role holder will work closely collaborate with the Key account sales team and the Channel Marketing Manager – KA to ensure that commercial priorities are translated into best-in-class in-store execution.  The role focuses on driving superior visibility, availability, and activation excellence at the point-of-sale materials (POSM), delivering impactful shopper experiences that convert purchase intent into sales across all categories.

    IS THIS YOU?

    • University degree in Marketing and related course discipline
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience
    • Proven experience in Trade marketing or shopper marketing (3 years+) or channel marketing.
    • Strong understanding of Modern Trade/Key Accounts environment including merchandizing execution, POSM deployment and usage.

    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Partner with KA sales team and Portfolio Managers, The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) channel teams to design and continuously adapt the Business Plan, leveraging all available internal and external market data
    • Develop market and potential analysis together with TCCC and Sales
    • Work with Regional Marketing lead, Channel Marketing Manager and vendor/agencies to execute operationalized brand initiatives by relevant channel, track impact and proactively course correct in the interest of delivering business targets.
    • Drive standard-execution of marketing campaigns, shopper promotions and PICOS across Key Account FC/IC channels leveraging local and global best practices and in line with brand guidance from Portfolio Team and TCCC
    • Maintain aligned activation calendar for priority customers and lead the execution of the customized displays, POSMs and shopper programs by customer (on time and in full delivery)
    • Participate in KA customer annual joint business planning and routine quarterly reviews.
