Job Summary

• The Dispatch Rider would be responsible for ensuring that the assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is always in good working condition.

Duties

• Ride the company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Must observe all Safety driving-related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Report on all matters relating to assigned motorcycle to the supervisor
• Responsible for updating the Drivers’ Logbook on a daily basis with the required information.
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely or when the need arises.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of the assigned motorcycle and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended to.
• Transporting and receiving invoices and documents items quickly by motorcycle
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Dispatch riders sign for the package on the collection and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
• Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle etc)
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensuring that the assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Must be able to ride motorcycle effectively as this is the major means of sales and dispatch
• Be able to ride motorcycles professionally with a valid rider's card
• Be able to work weekdays and weekends
• Be Hardworking, Diligent, and possess Positive Energy
• Must be physically fit
• Should be reliable and punctual
• Be friendly and Presentable
• Must have excellent road navigation knowledge
• Willingness to work flexible schedule
• Excellent communicator

Job Description

• A hostess or host greets customers as they enter a restaurant, takes their reservations or puts them on a waiting list, gives them menus and shows them to their seats.
• They may also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu, and assist various restaurant staff when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary.
• Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
• Seating guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assigning guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service.
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
• Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
• A knowledge of the menu.
• Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.
• Providing great customer service.

Requirements

• Fluenct in English language.
• Good look and nice stature is an added advantage
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
