    Head of Stores (Steel Company)

    Role Summary

    • Responsible for end-to-end stores and inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy, ERP integrity, internal controls, and continuous material availability for plant operations while minimizing waste and losses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials, spares, and consumables.
    • Maintain real-time inventory records on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar).
    • Enforce inventory controls, audit compliance, and stock reconciliation processes.
    • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstock, and obsolescence.
    • Generate periodic inventory and variance reports.
    • Partner with Operations, Procurement, Accounts, and Audit on controls and planning.
    • Lead and supervise store staff and safety compliance.

    • Experience working with audit and finance teams
    • Certification: ERP/Navision proficiency preferred.

    Role Summary

    • Lead the Investment Securities business by setting strategic direction, driving revenue and market growth, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and delivering operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable performance aligned with shareholder expectations.

    • This role goes beyond bookkeeping and compliance, providing strategic financial oversight, operational discipline, and data-driven insights that ensure the firm’s resources are managed effectively.
    • The Accountant is accountable for the accuracy of financial records, project accounting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance, while enabling leadership to make informed strategic decisions.

    Project Accounting & Revenue Recognition:
