    Senior Motion Designer

    • Big Cabal Media is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to join Cabal Creative and help define the motion language across our video slate. This role sits at the intersection of editorial, culture, and design. It goes beyond animating assets. It requires building motion systems that strengthen storytelling, scale across properties, and feel modern, intelligent, and distinct.
    • As a senior member of the production team, you will shape how our stories move across shows, documentaries, social video, branded content, and experimental formats. You will collaborate closely with producers, editors, designers, and commercial teams to ensure that motion enhances narrative clarity rather than decorating it.

    YouTube Growth Specialist

    • We are looking for a YouTube Growth Specialist who is obsessed with the platform.
    • You shouldn't just "know" YouTube; you must understand the intricate dance between packaging (thumbnails/titles), retention (AVD), and the YouTube algorithm.
    • While BCM produces incredible video content, we need a specialist to ensure it reaches the audience it deserves.
